“Decepcionante. Si bien tiene una hermosa vista, el hotel se encuentra entre dos carreteras, la más cercana es equivalente a una concurrida carretera A en el Reino Unido. De ninguna manera puede mantener las ventanas abiertas como resultado. El desayuno era bastante caótico, sírvete café/té a través de una máquina que provocó largas colas en las horas punta. Nuestra habitación no se limpió durante tres días antes de las 6 pm, no se proporcionaron toallas secas ni artículos de tocador de reemplazo antes de que necesitáramos ducharnos. Además, el agua caliente se acabó temprano en la noche. A pesar de pedir que se abordaran estos problemas, no lo fueron, ni se recibió una disculpa. Las instalaciones para preparar té y café en la habitación eran menos que básicas y solo se proporcionó una botella de agua en la habitación para una estadía de 9 noches. Dicho esto, la playa de guijarros es encantadora, pero el volumen al que se reproduce el bucle de música es excesivo. Los chiringuitos del hotel se utilizan para innumerables fiestas en las que no hay paz ni tranquilidad alguna. En una ocasión, los niveles de ruido eran tan extremos que tuvimos que abandonar las instalaciones desde las 3:00 p. m. hasta tarde en la noche. Lamentablemente, este no es un hotel que esté bien administrado, aunque el personal es agradable. No considero que merezca sus 4 estrellas por las razones expuestas. No es un lugar para hospedarse si lo que busca es descanso y recreación en una propiedad administrada de manera eficiente.”

“The Huma Hotel and staff was a delight to experience.
Huma has a very calming atmosphere with beautiful views and architecture.
The staff at Huma went above and beyond for us in every aspect. We experienced the Spa within the hotel and we would highly recommend it even if you are not staying at the hotel to stop by. The restaurant at Huma has delicious sushi and the most unique mango sticky rice that I have tried and I quickly became addicted to it. Huma also offers person training and the trainer that we worked with really focused in on our needs. If you can stay here we would highly recommend it and if you can't still stop by and experience the restaurant and spa.”
