“I organised a conference here for 20 people. Rooms are great, we got upgraded which was cool. Aircon works. View is stunning. Beach is amazing. Conference room was bad that's why hotel promised to give us breakfast room for work but then they changed their mind when they saw they have too many people booking. They gave us a restaurant space and that was loud. We were nor happy. Also, the food didn't have any signs, no sign of gluten free or vegetarian meals. That's really absolutely not 5 star. Kids playground was also great. The staff is amazing, but managers, not so much, they were not ready to accommodate us and were rude even though we left so much money. At times they're very unorganized. Anyways, beach, staff and rooms + and managers ----. Place is not for conferences.”

“I was expecting more, untapped potential
The complex very nice and modern, beautiful buildings and rooms. A lot of potential but not used by the owners they prefer to keep medium level instead to give value to the entire property. Food good also on the beach restaurants
Services present but not available at 100%. Employees uniforms very random. Kind of hotel has to give immediately the impression of lux, unfortunately is not like this.”
