“Worst experience ever, booked a room 2 weeks ago and had a confirmation number. We called the day of arrival and confirmed we would be there. Upon arrival at 430pm they informed us they gave our room to someone else!!! Completely unacceptable and created alot of unneeded stress after driving for 11 hours! Staff at front desk was completely un helpful and I would fire them all if they worked for me!! Never stay here, save your self the hassle!”
