“Worst experience ever, booked a room 2 weeks ago and had a confirmation number. We called the day of arrival and confirmed we would be there. Upon arrival at 430pm they informed us they gave our room to someone else!!! Completely unacceptable and created alot of unneeded stress after driving for 11 hours! Staff at front desk was completely un helpful and I would fire them all if they worked for me!! Never stay here, save your self the hassle!”

“Hi there! We stayed with City Express over a month ago and ended up leaving early because we were not satisfied with our stay. We were assured a refund for the nights we didn't stay there. We have had an EXTREMELY frustrating time trying to contact them to get our refund back, they don't respond to emails, answer our calls, or answer Travelocity's attempts to reach out either.City Express has awful customer service and make false promises. I would highly recommend going with another hotel that cares about their customers.”
