“Friendly and excellent staff. I dropped $2 in the couch in the lobby and Alex helped me get out!! Rooms are beautiful and spacious I gave 4 stars instead of of 5 because there's no laundry room. They said I could go across the street to comfort inn and they will let me use theirs . that would make me uncomfortable. Other than that it's an excellent place and excellent staff.”

“I just called about my situation this past weekend & spoke to the manager Jim. There wasn’t anything he could do besides apologize. That is not a way to handle an unprofessional situation! I’m calling corporate & complaining to someone who will listen. (& no I’m not expecting anything for free) I just think this situation should be handled better! I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!”
