The staff at this hotel are what keeps them in business!! Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice and professional. I have stayed here 2 times and have had a good experience each time. The value of this hotel compared to others near the airport is great! The good: 1. Hotel Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. 2. Staff is very helpful and professional 3. Very good price for what you get 4. Breakfast is always great 5. Has a safe in each room to store valuables. The bad: 1. First room I stayed in smelled a little musty (told staff and they said it would be addressed) 2. The 2nd room I stayed in had a loose bathtub and water got everywhere each time I showered. I told the staff and they were very nice about it and said they would be fixing it as soon as possible. 3. Unfortunately my car was broken into when I was there over Christmas. The car wasn't damaged so not really sure how they got in (it was a rental so I may have accidentally left it unlocked). This is not the hotels' fault but having some CCTV cameras outside might help deter someone from doing this. I have a feeling it was a homeless person because they only took small items. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, just make sure you lock your car!!

Excellent customer service at front desk and the lady that prepares the breakfast. Rooms are very nice and clean. Very spacious and very comfortable.

Neat and clean. Rooms well laid out. The TV sits atop a cabinet that is wired to it with various AV inputs in an easily accessible manner to connect your laptop/ projector/ gaming system. Really liked the room layout and how the spaces in the room are divided. Only negative is directly related to one staff member: I was there for a course so I went to use the common bathroom by the reception desk, but it was stopped up in a manner indescribable. I reported it to the desk and she gave me a look like "sure, we both know it was you"... I held out for another 30 minutes and no change, another 30 STILL no change. Had to finally cave and go back to my own room. Other than that, great place to stay.

Friendly and excellent staff. I dropped $2 in the couch in the lobby and Alex helped me get out!! Rooms are beautiful and spacious I gave 4 stars instead of of 5 because there's no laundry room. They said I could go across the street to comfort inn and they will let me use theirs . that would make me uncomfortable. Other than that it's an excellent place and excellent staff.

I just called about my situation this past weekend & spoke to the manager Jim. There wasn’t anything he could do besides apologize. That is not a way to handle an unprofessional situation! I’m calling corporate & complaining to someone who will listen. (& no I’m not expecting anything for free) I just think this situation should be handled better! I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was a great establishment the rooms were very clean and very nice well-maintained. The workers were very nice as well. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was the pool. It was closed for a few hours each day.

Welcoming staff. Rooms are pretty good but staff said that upgrades will be happening soon now that Sonesta owns the property. Free breakfast buffet. Snack shop in lobby. Very close to airport. Easy access to all parts of Tucson. Decent pool area for a airport hotel. I would stay again for easy access to airport but if you're visiting Tucson for a few days stay in-town. Either downtown or close to areas you will visiting the most. There is a Sonesta near Reid Park and that location is midtown and has lots to do nearby.

I had booked through hotels.com and my reservation was sent to the hotel but not my booking. They let me check in without actually checking in until 5 hours later hotels.com finally sent the booking. The room was large and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and all staff was friendly and fun. The bed was so comfortable I could almost live there! Felt very safe and at home.
