Perfectly located on the edge of Lake Titicaca. Interior decor shows this hotel age a bit despite being perfectly clean. Restaurant serves a variety of dishes in the dining room facing the lake

Buena atención de todo el personal. Habitaciones amplias y con calefacción. Hermosa vista al Lago Titikaka. En su jardín puedes ver Alpacas y Cuyes Salvajes.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones muy bonitas con calefacción y demás servicios. La atención personalizada de Willy es excelente. El hotel es ideal para ir con niños ya que tienen alpacas y salida al lago donde se pueden ver algunos animales y desayunar en medio de la naturaleza. Saludos del pequeño Francesco.

Posadas del Inca, Sonesta es un muy hermoso lugar a orillas del lago Titicaca, tienen Alpacas en el jardín y lugares muy hermosos al aire libre. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y grandes espacios ... sin duda es un lugar único y maravilloso, quede encantado con su jardín . Recomendado al 100%

El desayuno fue muy bueno y con una increíble vista. Cuenta con muelle propio por lo que algunos tours pueden recogerte desde el mismo hotel. Igualmente la comida en el restaurante estuvo buena. Lo malo es que queda algo alejado del centro de la ciudad y movilizarse hasta el hotel a altas horas d la noche puede parecer algo inseguro. Además cada vez que llamé a recepción a preguntarle por los tours me indicaron que estaban ocupados que llame luego. Igualmente cuando llegué a hospedarme, a pesar de q había llamado dos veces a avisar a la hora q llegaba, nos hicieron esperar una hora para q limpien la habitación. Al menos pudimos distraernos tomando fotos a los cuyes mientras esperábamos.

Really nice hotel property located right on the lake outside of Puno. There are sightseeing boats that will pick you up right from their own pier. The front desk is welcoming and the rooms are quite lark and well appointed. The restaurant is very nice and breakfast is a treat. Keep in mind that you are at altitude so walk a bit slower until you acclimate.

Hotel is okay. No elevator in the hotel and the food that I ordered in room service was disgusting. I threw up after eating that food. Will not recommend anyone to eat at this hotel.

El lugar es precioso, con unas vistas geniales del Lago Titicaca y unos animalitos correteando la zona del jardín. La habitación amplia y limpia, el aseo con bañera es moderno. El restaurante del hotel es delicioso, con unos precios asequibles y grandes cantidades de comida. El desayuno buffet es algo escaso, pero está bien de sabor. La amabilidad del personal y camareros es muy buena.

La atención es de primera. La vista al Lago Titicaca es maravillosa, se puede respirar paz y energía . Muy buen desayuno. Instalaciones de hotel de primera. La habitación es muy cómoda, se puede dormir plácidamente, en el baño hay disponible una secadora de pelo profesional. Precio justo para el servicio brindado. First class attention, decoration and facilities. The view of Lake Titicaca is marvelous, you can breath peace and energy .Very good breakfast. A professional hair dryer is available in the bathroom.The room is very cozy, youcan sleep peacefully.Fair price for the service provided.

Nice hotel right on the lake which makes sunrise and sunset spectacular. Big garden to sit and watch from with Guinea pigs and llamas roaming the grounds. Rooms we're very comfortable without being overly modern. Restaurant was great also

Friendly, welcoming staff. A little dated (1970s feel) but clean and a great view of the lake (if you get a lake view room, which we did). A word of caution. Once there, you are captive audience, as there are no more restaurants than the hotel's. And it ain't cheap (but good and again, friendly and welcoming staff). If you bring food and drink from outside though they are accommodating, which is why this gets a 5 star.

4 star hotel but they do not carry 1 firm pillow! Hair dryer does not match the wall socket! No egg station for breakfast! The worst thing ever is they do not provide 2 bottles of water daily, thank goodness I bought water before I checked in! Rooms are big and comfortable! Service is really questionable, I’m currently staying in room 101! They lock me out of my room and when I walk pass the front desk they did not inform me, my room is at the end of the hotel so tried to open my room door, obviously failed had to walk back to front desk, NO SORRY NOTHING, just validated the room card and off you go! You kinda stuck with the shopping at the hotel, no small shops around the hotel outside! Hard to get a taxi out too!
