“Buena atención de todo el personal. Habitaciones amplias y con calefacción. Hermosa vista al Lago Titikaka. En su jardín puedes ver Alpacas y Cuyes Salvajes.”

“4 star hotel but they do not carry 1 firm pillow! Hair dryer does not match the wall socket! No egg station for breakfast! The worst thing ever is they do not provide 2 bottles of water daily, thank goodness I bought water before I checked in! Rooms are big and comfortable! Service is really questionable, I’m currently staying in room 101! They lock me out of my room and when I walk pass the front desk they did not inform me, my room is at the end of the hotel so tried to open my room door, obviously failed had to walk back to front desk, NO SORRY NOTHING, just validated the room card and off you go! You kinda stuck with the shopping at the hotel, no small shops around the hotel outside! Hard to get a taxi out too!”
