“A very nice hotel. We used this for a Park, Sleep, and Fly. The room is a two room suite so if you have kids with you, you can let them have their own place to sleep. The restaurant was quite nice. As for parking, a garage is provided for the long term parking for airport trips. I would recommend Sheraton Suites Chicago-O'Hare. Update: On our return back, I was impressed with how professional our shuttle driver was despite some angry passengers on the shuttle. They seemed to take out their frustration on him. Most everyone experienced delays getting into O'Hare that evening because of weather, but that's no excuse to give the shuttle driver a hard time. I noticed that a few passengers didn't even tip the driver. Really rude! Sheraton hires some very nice people who have professionalism as their top priority.”

This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Beautiful stay at a great price. Our family loved staying here. There were amazing views inside the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, well kept, and very comfortable. We even got the secret spot to grab a deep dish from the hotel staff.”
