“We had a GREAT visit at the Hyatt Place! I had read some sketchy reviews and was getting nervous before we arrived. All of the complaints were unfounded. Elevator service was more than fine; parking WAS across the street, but very close and very accommodating. Pool had limited capacity due to Covid, but who wants to be at the pool when you have Waikiki beach across the street? Breakfast was eggs, potatoes and sausage, more than fine and more than enough.Overall we had an outstanding visit. Best of all were the staff. They were ALL so friendly and outgoing, from maintenance, front desk, valets and housekeeping.Our trip was perfect. Especially the view!”
