“Our room was updated and very nice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows felt like they pulled out all of the feathers inside.
Their website is very misleading about parking. Upon arriving right at check in, we found out there was no valet parking AND no self parking. They suggested going to another hotel to park and pay double the price to park there. They were not apologetic at all and laughed at the whole situation. If I knew I was going to have to park at a different hotel I would have reserved a different hotel with parking available so me and my pregnant wife didn't have to walk so far.
During our stay, an employee walked into our room unannounced right when I was walking out of the shower. The employee and I were both a bit shocked. At a hotel like the Hyatt, this should not happen with no apologies. Come to find out, the privacy lock on the door was actually locked when the employee entered and did not keep the door closed. If he would have walked in on my wife all hell would have broken loose.
Free breakfast in a bag during COVID was very nice. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.”
