“Very helpful staff and nice rooms. They were so kind to us when there was a mixup on our end and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Good location downtown too, easy to get around the city without much trouble”

“Incredible experience. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again in the future. The hotel interior is very impressive. Marble everywhere and very clean! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival to our room, we were taken aback by the modern decor and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very cozy. The room was stocked with snacks, drinks, and booze, all for an additional charge if consumed. I would have loved to drink that can of diet coke, but it was an extra $5 😬 The bathroom was stocked with towels, and great soaps and shampoos. If you've forgotten anything, the staff will gladly help you out. By far the nicest, and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! Can't wait for out next stay! P.S. Film crews were outside the hotel at night shooting Batwoman!”
