The view is amazing and the fact this location is connected to the Mart. Also the pool was the best indoor pool!

The hotel was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Going to the 15th floor to check in. No receipt was offered or provided at check out.

The room was spacious and the view amazing. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The concierge, was knowledgeable and offered some great suggestions. Need more condiments with the in room coffee stash.

Location Staff was unfriendly and parking is too expensive. Have to get on 3 different elevators to get to your room.

The staff was amazing, the concierge, she was so very friendly. She referred us to an excellent steakhouse Although i was very upset, i was told in the reservation that the breakfast buffet was complimentary with our stay. Not the case, i had to pay $35 for breakfast. Not happy

The front desk staff were great! In need of repair, regular cleaning and maintenance, standoffish doormen, absent bellmen. I found a champagne cork in my room, the lobby sitting area was dirty and wet and other guests dirty room service trays were left in the hallway for at least 8 hr
