Experiência muito boa, quarto amplo boa cama, bom banheiro, limpo. Só uma reclamação minha amiga ao retirar as malas do guarda volumes da recepção esqueceu um guarda chuvade cabo comprado em Nova York. Pediu a sobrinha que reside em Chicago para retirar e foi negado apesar de ter dado toda informação pertinente. Lamentável...

Fizemos check-out em 22 agosto 2018. Ocorre que esqueci meu guarda chuva no maleiro do hotel. Solicito contato para autorizar uma sobrinha, que vive nessa cidade, para pegá-lo. É um guarda -chuva grande automático com cabo branco e de plástico transparente e escrito "I (coração vermelho) NY", Trata-se de uma lembrança adquirida naquela cidade, Tivemos uma ótima estadia durante toda a semana, Funcionários muito atenciosos. Aguardo um contato.

In my opinion, if you are in the city for a getaway and looking for that “getaway feeling” this is not the hotel. It’s simple enough to have a nice place to stay for a very short visit. For a one night stay. I stayed for 3 nights 4 days and no one ever came to my room to collect garbage, towels, and the regular up keeping of a room. I even asked the front desk just in case I was assuming a service I did not have access to. Nope, they told me that if I am staying 3+ nights that it is supposed to happen and not sure why the day after the first night it was not completed. It was never completed the other days. Also, there is no microwave in the room but a communal one in the lobby by a printer. Now I know and will look elsewhere in the future.

Fire station right next door is the only downside. If you turn the air up, the air tends to block out the noise. Super helpful and friendly staff however and made our lollapalooza trip a good experience!

I really liked this hotel, having stayed here for 3 weeks. The location in River North is spectacular - walking distance to the Chicago River, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and more. The room was comfortable and spacious. Service was always professional and friendly. The only reason I couldn't five stars was the rather disappointing breakfast. It was the same almost every day, except for the appearance of french toast sticks on the weekend. There was no freshly made or regional item on the menu - due to COVID maybe? At any rate, I would stay again if the breakfast situation improves.

buen Hotel. Llegamos de noche12 de Mayo con una reserva por Booking y la mujer que nos atendió fue muy desagradable y mal educada y me insistía que no tenía reserva a pesar de tener la confirmación. Finalmente tuve que pagar un valor más alto. Los demás días las personas de la recepción muy agradables. Ojalá no sigacambieese trato. Le hace daño al hotel.

Excellent customer service by desk staff! Joe was very helpful. Room very modern and nice. Breakfast was just ok. No variety, same food offered daily. Great location! Would stay here again!!

Friendly staff and location is good. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as the magnificent mile. The only complaint is the bathroom. The door doesn't stay closed if it is not locked. The shower rod is shaped in a way that does not allow the shower curtain to completely close, which causes the floor to get wet. There is a strong mildew/mold smell in the bathroom and you can see the mold around the inside of the tub.

El hotel es muy lindo y muy bien ubicado. Sin embargo podrían haber mejorado el desayuno. Entiendo que por protocolo COVID no se sirva desayuno buffet. Sin embargo la bolsa de desayuno que te entregan es muy mejorable. Por pocos dólares (o el mismo dinero) se puede mejorar e incorporar otras opciones más ricas.

Tenía grandes espectativas por los comentarios de personas q vinieron después del cierre de esta pandemia pero es falso el desayuno es horrible y no limpian los cuartos he ido a Arkansas, colorado, Kansas city y los hoteles tienen mucho mejor servició q este con mejores protocolos y desayuno por la pandemia ademas q se paga por el parqueo tiene q ir a 2 o 3 cuadras afuera del hotel no lo recomiendo para nada redujeron los empleados y estaría muy de acuerdo pero no redujeron los huéspedes no lo recomiendo lo único bueno es la hubicacion céntrica en la q se encuentra fuera de eso no le daría ni una estrella y además no me permite por mí es cero estrellas
