we booked a 2-queen room for 4 people, pre-paid it, I advised the Hotel I would be arriving at 10pm to check in. when we arrived we were told that they had assigned a king bed,after waiting 20-min and a lot of typing on the computer, they found a room.

Location & friendliness of staff The bed skirt was dirty, they do not offer any type of food, no room service; only every 3 days, toilet barely flushes, tub was painted over, fridge not cold, television had poor reception & finally a $28/per day parking charge, that was not mentioned.

Very clean, quite, and excellent staff. It was sad for me to see such a pretty place on the inside,with wonderful staff too, being unattended on the outside. The outside of the hotel did NOT reflect the cleanliness on the inside and the quality of the staff. Lots of weeds and overgrown plants.

I was there an hour b4 i checked out it was that much of a disappointment. For what they charge2stay... Ud think theyd be able 2afford trash can liners & a bit more sq ft in the rooms. Freezer didnt wk, staff was rude, they charge 28$ 2park in a lot that has zero trees & even less security so id suggest, stayin elsewhere.

Location , to city The a/C did not work in the room. It was hot and humid. Called front desk 3x -and we were changed rooms 3x and the A/C never was fixed. No apologies or acknowledgment. I had an event early in the morning and I got no response.

Location and the view was great. Front desk staff were very nice. Bathroom wasn't really clean, bedsheets wasn't that clean there some stains on it and the room wasn't that clean good. And the AC wasn't working that good.

Location. Hotel is dated. Price charged was not worth the amenities offered. Hotel offered as a 4 star hotel. It was a 3.5 star maximum. Very disappointed with the hotel. Beds were like sleeping on rocks. I was sore every morning. Difficult to get good sleep

Close to Old Town San Diego. pleasant pool/ hot tub area. Staff are friendly. The room I was in on 11th floor facing interstate 8 allowed way too much noise in through poor windows for good sleep. Hotel charges $28.00 per night for parking separately from prepaid room reservation.

Quiet. Easy to locate. Starbucks coffee in room. Very nice staff. Comfy bed. Towels could have been a little softer. They were fresh and clean, just a little rough. Liked the little general store in the lobby.

Friendly staff, easy check in, clean room It was a basic off the highway hotel and didn't have upgrades you'd normally find in a 4 star hotel (robes, nicer toiletries/towels, towel bar, walk in shower, bed lamps, etc.). It was definitely ok for a night but nothing special. Parking was +$28.

The hotel was in nice condition. The bed extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly The air conditioner in the room was mediocre. Did not keep room at a good temp. The ice machine was broken on my floor. The towels in the pool area were tiny.
