“Me hospedaje en el Hotel NH Valle Dorado y mi estancia en general fue muy buena, sobre todo la actitudque mostraron los Meseros Roberto y Jhon fue más que excelente, también el Señor que estuvo en Recepción Carlos fue muy amable y una actitud formidable y excelente actitud de servicio.En general puse 3 Estrellas porqué tuve mala experiencia con dos personas del servicio del Hotel la recepcionistaLucero y un Mesero que estaba en la tarde el cual su nombre es Edwin, estas dos ultimas dos personas se merecen un cero por el pésimo trato que me dieron ya que la recepcionista Lucero se puso a discutir conmigo porqué no me quería dar las facturas como las había solicitado de manera inicial y Edwin me quería mandar a seguridad por el enojo que mostré al no quererme dar las facturas a como las h había solicitado, prácticamente Edwin me encaro y me amenazo. Estas dos ultimas personas Edwin y Lucero no deben ser el rostro e imagen de un Hotel como lo es NH México City Valle Dorado.Muchas gracias por su atención y gracias a las personas que si hicieron de mi estancia de maneraagradable y las mencioné.”
