“My husband and I stayed this past weekend as a getaway for our anniversary. First I will say that the hotel is nice and new, very clean and modern. The vibe was really more of a college dorm room than a loft. There’s really no storage space for clothes, there’s no closet but there’s a rack to hang some stuff and there’s a small 2 drawer “dresser”. No iron but there’s a steamer.
We had brunch at the rooftop bar, which was very good but they charge a 20% open charge which I assume was for the self serve coffee station which was only regular coffee, not even hot water for tea, no option for dairy free milk or even iced coffee.
My biggest complaint about this place is they were hosting a wedding on the rooftop and we could hear the music so loud at 12am while trying to sleep and we were three floors below it! I don’t care about the events that hotels host, I think it’s great and I’ve stayed with plenty of other places before hosting these types of event BUT your hotel better be equipped in a manner that it doesn’t disturb your other guests! Maybe it’s due to the fact there’s no carpeting to absorb the sound, idk but it was totally ridiculous and didn’t stop until atleast 1230-1am. Not only that but you can hear all the street noise coming from outside. (That I could have dealt with that though) We called the desk that night but upon check out there was no note or mention of our call and wanting a refund on the room. Very disappointing. I would not stay again at this location and wouldn’t recommend it either.”

“This is a fairly new hotel in Downtown Providence, in a central location.
There are several restaurants and a mall within walking distance. It is on a main street so expect to hear traffic.
The rooms are spacious, but do have an open concept in the bathroom, so there is no privacy as there is no bathroom door.
The gym is nice and clean too!”
