Hotel maravilhoso! A estrutura é fantástica. O café da manhã e o atendimento padrão Marriott é sempre espetacular. O preço é alto, mas o que o hotel oferece compensa. Chá de coca sempre disponível para acostumar com a altitude. O tour pelo convento não é tão legal quanto imaginávamos que seria.

I have such a wonderful memories from this JW Marriott property. As I was reviewing pictures, so many beautiful memories were coming back to me. For those who are looking at this facility, I would highly recommend. As a location, this property at the heart of the city. Needless to say, the staff of this property goes above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel like a royalty. Because of the location of the Cusco in high altitude, JW Marriott offers additional oxygen pumped into your room threw their ventilation system, which makes huge difference for those who just arrive in town and their body not yet acclimated. The food in this property is just heavenly.

Lindo hotel, tiene una piscina que lo programan por hora para los clientes, para que no se aglomeren, osea si vas con tu pareja o familia y necesitas disponer de la piscina, te acercas a recepción y ellos te programan por una hora y luego de eso entra otra familia o parejas y también tiene un spa espectacular

WOW, I don't even know where to start. I've traveled a lot and this hotel is top notch. From the check in to check out, it was an amazing experience. The hotel is well appointed and provides the guests with complimentary offerings (hotel tour, cooking class, pisco sour class etc.) You will never be bored staying here and I encourage you to take advantage of all that it offers. Everyone is willing to help and they will meet all of your needs - just ask. We needed to switch rooms 2 nights into our stay and also needed some medical attention, they were super attentive to both requests and accommodated us. Additionally, the hotel is in a central location in Cusco which is good for site seeing. I can't wait to go back.

Being several places and the service here is marvelous, from the moment you going while you are there staying. Until the end. Highly recommend to anyone, well located people take great care of you, comfy beds, your inside the hotel and pisco tasting is amazing. Jesus was great always thinking of what we wanted before we ask. They gave us a complementary massage . I can go on and on. LOCATION and service again is AMAZING.

Percy da estação de ovos no café da manhã, o Fraile do passeio pelas ruínas do hotel, o "recepcionista" que nos recebeu e a que contratou nosso passeio. Os barmen! Quantas coisas para contar de um hotel só! Sim, ele é bem acima da média no preço mas vale a pena, em todos seus detalhes. E mais importante: os quartos são injetados de oxigênio de forma a ficar ambientado em 2000 metros. Reserve com antecipação e pode conseguir um calor razoável, não vai se arrepender. Cheio de atividades de graça no próprio o hotel e a metros do museu do Pisco. Se pode esticar o orçamento vai no Marriot El Convento, vale muito a pena.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed. Friendly staff, great service, old style building but decoration is amazing. A birthday cake and rose was prepared for my wife, appreciated! My family stayed 4 days in this hotel and all love the hotel! In the morning time,a cute Alpaca is sitting in the center balcony, one sole to take pictures with the cute guy. Breakfast and dinner is delicious. I do recommend this hotel.

SUBLIME experience... amazing service in a beautiful, colonial but renovated building ! Would recommend it to everyone I know that wants to feel like royalty. The have a baby Llama to pet! 😍. Food is also delicious, the breakfast is yummy but also the dinner’s menu. I’m definitely coming back to this place !

Minha estadia foi em duas etapas, na segunda fiquei em apartamento inferior, menor, banho menor, sem janela deslocado, pelo mesmo custo e na mesma reserva. As 10h da noite, ao reclamar, não propuseram solução e diante de minha insatisfação sugeriram que eu procurasse outro estabelecimento e restituição do valor já pago com meu agente de viagem.Compramos um pacote de viagem para Peru na agência Ibiza em Belo Horizonte, filiado à agência Abreu. Com Categoria Super Luxo em hotéis 5 estrelas, em Cusco ficamos hospedados inicialmente 3 noite no apartamento 422, seguimos viagem com retorno ao Marriot para mais duas noites. Para nossa surpresa, infelizmente colocaram-nos em um quarto inferior, no fundo, sem janelas com banheiro minúsculo. Após nossa reclamação, a atendente disse-nos que poderíamos ir embora e que solicitasse o reembolso na agência de viagem! Isso às 22:00! Para piorar nossa experiência, recebemos uma mensagem de um amigo que perguntou-nos se recebemos os presentes deixados por ele. Após 4 tentativas na recepção, apenas parte dos presentes foram entregues, obtivemos um pedido de desculpas e que perderam o presente!!! Isso é categoria 5 estrelas? Pergunto!! Marriot uma terrível experiência! Decepcionante! Inadmissível para manter na categoria por nós contratada e paga!!! Peço encarecidamente que sejamos minimamente ressarcidos pelo aborrecimento, pela perda e pelo constrangimento! Finalizamos nossa viagem com desgosto e mal atendidos pelo Marriot. Este não recomendo para ninguém! Aguardo pronunciamento do departamento deste hotel 5 estrelas. Cordialmente, Andréa Guerra

Infelizmente presenciei um serviço extremamente desorganizado, além do tratamento péssimo. Fiquei hospedado previamente durante 3 noites e até ai tudo bem, continuamos nossa viagem ( deixando a reserva e as malas no hotel ), retornamos 2 dias depois e nos mudaram para um quarto bem menor, sem janelas e um banheiro que não dava nem metade do anterior, quando fomos reclamar na recepção, uma funcionária disse que se quisermos podíamos pegar nossas malas e ir embora, isso tudo as 10hrs da noite, após muita reclamação nos colocaram em outro quarto com um banheiro um pouco maior, porém ainda bem inferior ao que ficamos antes. Para piorar a situação, no dia seguinte um amigo nos questionou se recebemos 2 presentes que ele havia deixado na recepção , ficamos surpresos pois não recebemos nenhum tipo de comunicação à parte do hotel, ligamos pelo interfone e nos informaram que em alguns minutos ja estaria em nosso quarto, após mais 2 duas horas de espera e 4 ligações ainda não havia chegado nada, até que nos entregaram um dos presentes, porém ainda estava faltando outro, para tentar resolver a situação fomos até a recepção questionar sobre o ocorrido e os mesmos admitiram que descartaram o presente, ainda falaram que durante a troca dos quartos me perguntaram se eu queria que levasse os presentes para o outro quarto, pergunta que na verdade nunca foi feita, era uma surpresa de um amigo e não teria nem como eu saber que havia algo para nós e jamais recusaria um presente. Por fim, acabou com um pedido de desculpas vindo do hotel e acabei sem o presente! Atitudes inadmissíveis para um hotel 5 estrelas!!! Infelizmente, uma decepção.

Beautiful hotel situated right in the historical center of Cusco. Housed in resored 16th century convent it is a unique blend of history and modern time.
