Hotel muito bom e aconchegante. Café bom. Quartos muito bons. Banheiro muito bom. Um pouco distante do centro histórico. Porém fácil acesso de ônibus. Funcionários muito educados.

Ótimo Hotel em Florença, quarto amplo e moderno. Um pouco longe do centro da cidade, mas a qualidade compensa. Próximo há um shopping H&M. Quem chega a estação de Santa Maria Novella pode utilizar a linha de ônibus número 22.

Muito bom. Prático. Hotel ótimo. Estação de trem 100 metros do hotel e vendem tickets na recepção. 10 minutos no centro. Excelente opção.

The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Everything was made very easy and clear. The location is great for both the city centre and the airport, and they have an underground car park. The public areas of the hotel look nice and modern. The only thing that let this place down was the condition of the room. It was quite tired, with a lot of the fixings worn out, damaged or mouldy which didn't give a Hilton feel. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room considering it was winter and we didn't open the window. There was also a fair few squashed mosquitoes on the walls. I would look at other hotels in the area first before deciding to return but it wasn't awful.

This is in a newer area right across from a park and very close to a nice mall. They have a good breakfast buffet and room service.The reception staff were very nice and helpful.Rooms are clean and good size.

Lindo hotel localizado a solo 10 munutos de la Estación Central de trenes Santa Maria Novela. De allí a pie podemos llegar en 5 minutos a las atracciones turísticas más importantes. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con todo lo necesario. Cama grande y mullida. Todo muy ordenado y limpio. El hotel se encuentra a 3 minutos caminando del Centro Comercial San Donato.

Atendimento ótimo, quartos amplos, só não dei 5 pq a camareira retirou as xícaras e copos do quarto e mesmo solicitado não repôs.. Pegamos na recepção e o mesmo ficou no quarto sujo por dias

Not near the city center but it's convenient to get there since the tram is about 100kms away from the property. Beautiful hotel, I just wish they have more than 1 elevator. Breakfast is pretty good. Not too far from the airport. Overall, I like this hotel.

Pros - Nice location near the train to get to the city center within 10 minutes. And for the price, hard to beat.Cons - the half wall in the shower tub gets water all over, which is not ideal. Breakfast is a bit expensive but great options. Very noisy at night, which I wasn't expecting.

A good Hilton-standard with nice rooms. A bit too expensive having to pay extra for breakfast (€15 per person per day). The breakfast was okay but not anything special. A short bus ride into Venice center with the bus stop just outside the hotel. Nice having a free parking garage in the hotel.

I'm a Gold member and a travel agent.. The hotel is about 6 stops from the center of Florence. There's a Tram that's very convenient to walk to from the hotel. The staff was very attentive. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and the dining room staff. I enjoyed breakfast, there was a big selection on the buffet. Breakfast is from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Day two I arrived at 10:05 and the dining area was closed..I asked if I could grab something quickly..they was so kind in allowing me to do so. I also had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed my salad the tiramisu. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to visit the beautiful city of Florence italy which is my favorite place!!

Hot. Very hot. The staff was nice, friendly, and made good suggestions for dinner and accommodations for trains and taxis and the like. The problem was the room temperature. It was 25C+ degrees the entire time. We asked over and over and over and over to turn the temperature down in the room and it never got below 24C. It was warm for Florence in late May so to return from warm to a room that was stale and warm made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. You don't have control of your air conditioning in the room and must ask the staff to change it. In the mornings (20C) the heat would be on in the hotel. Made no sense. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if not for the heat

Hotel correcto, con buena conexión al centro (20 en tranvía) y el aeropuerto (también en tranvía).Las habitaciones están limpias y confortables.Por la relación precio-calidad, es una opción muy buena, y volvería con mucho gusto durante futuras estancias en Florencia

Lindo hotel, parking, buena atención y desayuno, a 15 minutos en buen tren del centro de Florenciaque pasa seguido y vale 1,50 Zona con poca gente y dificultad para cenar si llegas tarde. Los pocos restaurantes que hay cierran entre 20 y 22

Prácticamente en la universidad, detrás del precioso palacio de justicia y muy cerca del centro de datos del MPS; todo ello hace que tenga una ubicación ideal para mi. Al centro se llega facil en autobús. Si ahora añado que tiene unas habitaciones espaciosas y bonitasy que es mucho más barato que los hoteles del centro hace que sea uno de mis hoteles favoritos de Florencia. El desayuno por 12 euros está muy bien, especialmente cuando abren la terraza.

La recepción perfecta . La habitación cómoda. El baño no tenía extractor, muy lindo pero es algo fundamental. Al volver por la noche nos encontramos que el frigobar estaba vacío!! Una vergüenza.Tuvimos que sacar agua de la canilla para calentar y hacer un té.No tenía pantuflas. El valor es excesivo para el servicio. El desayuno espectacular.No volvería.
