“I'm a Gold member and a travel agent.. The hotel is about 6 stops from the center of Florence. There's a Tram that's very convenient to walk to from the hotel. The staff was very attentive. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and the dining room staff. I enjoyed breakfast, there was a big selection on the buffet. Breakfast is from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Day two I arrived at 10:05 and the dining area was closed..I asked if I could grab something quickly..they was so kind in allowing me to do so. I also had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed my salad the tiramisu. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to visit the beautiful city of Florence italy which is my favorite place!!”
