“I stayed at the Sheraton for one night due to me and my daughter having orientation at Georgia state University. This place back in the day, use to known as very upscale and well kept hotel.
Not so much anymore. There was marijuana smell all over this entire facility from the parking deck to the elevator and the halls. The area looks very run down. The customer service was great. But no dining was available on this particular night. I will not. Be using this hotel again. It's time for a change Sheraton. Just Ghetto!”

“The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. I would have given it five stars if there wasn't an alarm that went off at midnight on my floor and forced me and my other fellow travelers to stay awake for an hour while they investigated. They never informed us of the issue and so I spent the rest night wondering if someone had called in a bomb threat or what? That on top of the elevator being out of service for a day that required finding the service elevator to get to my room.”
