“3 hours in line to check in. This hotel is the default for airline vouchers. It takes just one cancelled flight to have 50+ people in line for check in at night. Don’t take the airline voucher. Pay yourself and stay somewhere else for the night. Big kudos to the front desk agent who worked single-handed to check-in all guests for 5 hours straight. He was very polite and patient and worked as fast as possible. Just wish he had some help.”

“Pool was out of use and when we enquired we were promised it would be available the following day but it was not. We were offered complimentary breakfast on our last day to compensate which was nice and unasked for. But on the morning there were issues and they tried to make us pay for three breakfast. The lady on reception that morning was rude. Service in the bar was slow both evenings and the barman was dismissive, prices high. Waitresses serving tables for dinner were nice and cheerful. Our rooms were awful: completely dark as the windows opened to a covered patio. The decor was outdated. The photos online do not represent what you find there. This hotel has clearly seen better days. Location was the only good thing in terms to walking to places. There was always a queue in reception.”
