“The hotel itself is very nice inside and seemingly secure however it is in a bit of a rough area. The room was clean and the pool and gym are both very nice, however it doesn’t inform you upon online check out when booking that parking is $35 a night, and when I checked in I was not asked for identification... anyone could have gone into my room.”

“3 hours in line to check in. This hotel is the default for airline vouchers. It takes just one cancelled flight to have 50+ people in line for check in at night. Don’t take the airline voucher. Pay yourself and stay somewhere else for the night. Big kudos to the front desk agent who worked single-handed to check-in all guests for 5 hours straight. He was very polite and patient and worked as fast as possible. Just wish he had some help.”
