“Stayed here for one night during a work function. The bed was definitely the highlight of my stay, it was so comfortable and made for a great night sleep, I was actually excited to go to bed and ended up staying in bed longer than I usually do the next morning.
The staff were extremely friendly and the location can't be beat, just great for enjoying the falls and surrounding amenities. The view from my room was good.
I wish there was a water refill dispenser, the parking at $35/day I was glad I could expense, I also wished there was a fridge in the room to keep some drinks or snacks, and my curtains were a little stiff to work.... But overall these are just small points and I still had a delightful stay. I may have to call to ask them what beds they have, I could use it in my bedroom! 🙂”

“Since travelling abroad is not as safe as it used to, I have been doing a lot of local travels and this property has become one of my favourite IHG properties!
I have stayed here numerous times in the last year and a half and they have always been consistent about their services, their product offerings and their health measures to protect their guests and employees alike.
Their attention to detail is impeccable and we are always being welcomed like valued family.
With my past stays, the have gotten to know my room preferences and upgrades are always being offered due to my status in their loyalty program.
Will keep coming back again and again as this property has got the best location amongst all the hotels with amazing views of the falls.
It was shame that the quality of the breakfast served in their “sister property” was very mediocre at best. However, I’d still give this hotel a 5* rating.”
