“We checked in to find out we are at the top floors; great! We get to the elevators to realize only 1 out of 3 is working. Line up is 30-40 minutes to get back to your room. no social distancing is respected as everybody is piling up into that one and only functional elevator. Customer service is non existent, it’s clear that they are operating understaffed.”

“The floor that we stayed on had a lovely view but the good ends there. When you walked through the hallways of our floor we stayed on it smelt like it has always been a smoking floor. It also smelt of fresh marijuana each time we came up to our room. When I spoke to the front desk about it the answer was you are from Ontario you know the rules. We had deluxe package with a discount at the buffet but they refused to honour it. The toilet in our room was the right height for a very small child..............”
