“Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any room. They compare countless booking web sites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it.
Loved our stay. Our room was really nice. It had a swim up pool & it was awesome to be able to jump in whenever I felt like it. Of course, the public pools were really nice as well, & also I loved being able to walk down the stairs directly into the ocean. Staff were all extremely friendly.”

“Let me just say if I could give the hotel zero stars I would. I booked a week vacation with my husband at the grand Hyatt and booked and all inclusive package with the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that I did not have an all inclusive package and that the reason my confirmation said all inclusive was because the name of the hotel was grand Hyatt all inclusive package.
They just didn’t clean our room at the second day!
We didn’t have water nothing! We called 7 times to request water to our room wow they just never sent it to us,
The worst room service ever!!!!!!!!!
And in the breakfast they didn’t have even room inside to the the place to eat, they just requested people to eat out side in the worst weather condition!!
With all my heart they just don’t worth the money! Expect of nice pool there is nothing there !!
