Para um futuro próximo será um lugar muito bonito, não tivemos sorte e não fomos avisado pela CVC que não estava pronto, ainda tem bastante coisa para acabar,nosso corredor do apartamento foi pintado 2 dias após nossa chegada, o lago ainda não funciona, nem todos os restaurante funciona, Mas acredito que mais 2 meses esteja muito melhor .

My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful resort and we will most definitely be back! The resort was breathtaking! The staff was always super helpful and kind. Connie, Angie and Marie at the Zentropia Spa we’re AMAZING!!! And also David who helped us make a reservation for massages was so kind! All of the waiters and bartenders at the main pool always took care of us and made sure we always had a drink in hand. The restaurants we were able to make reservations for were delicious and did not disappoint and the buffets were also really good. There are so many activities throughout the day/night we were never bored. Such a relaxing week at Grand Palladium can’t wait to go back!

En general el hotel es muy bonito y las instalaciones son muy buenas, tiene una gran variedad de servicios, actividades y lugares en los que pasar el rato durante tu estadía. Las habitaciones son agradables y en general de buen tamaño, se tienen vistas agradables, en resumen todo muy bien, aunque hay algunos puntos negativos en los que podrían mejorar. Puntos destacables; el personal es sumamente atento y cortes, existe transporte al interior del hotel para facilitar el traslado entre edificios, posee una decoración elegante sin pecar de seriedad. Puntos negativos; limpieza en algunos lugares, hay sillas, sillones, mesas y camastros que se ven sucios y descuidados, algunas alfombras inclusive algunos muros, el hotel tiene 3 años de haber sido inaugurado y pese a eso se ve un poco descuidado, eso sí, se está dando mantenimiento enalgunas zonas, la variedad de la comida no es tan amplia.

Hola viajerxs, me hospede en la temporada de verano mexicana durante julio. El hotel, explotado de gente, me comentaron que estaba al 96% de la capacidad. Poniendo en contexto dejo los siguientes ítems para tratar de resumir mi experiencia: - Es un hotel nuevo, por lo tanto las instalaciones son de primer nivel, desde las habitaciones básicas hasta las premium -Toda la calidad de construcción del hotel tiene un tinte moderno, pasando por los bares, restaurante temáticos y piletas. - ES MUY GRANDE, y aquí empiezan las falencias, hay muchas fallas en el transporte interno del hotel, las distancias a la playa son grandes (después te acostumbrás y en vez de esperar un carro o lancha preferís caminar ya que tardan en pasar) como así también las distancias a la "villa" (lugar donde se concentran los restaurantes temáticos, el teatro, bares y una pastelería increíble) son extensas. - Dado su tamaño a veces resulta incómodo el traslado de un lugar a otro y hace replantearte el deseo de ir hasta "x" lugar del hotel debido a esto. - he visto varias reseñas con respecto al tema "propinas" y lo confirmo, únicamente se da este problema con el personal que está en las barras de bebidas, si les das propina te atienden como si fueses Lionel Messi y si no, sos el 4 de sacachispas. - HABITACIONES DE PRIMER NIVEL, restaurantes temáticos muy modernos. -COMIDA: es variada, pero tardan mucho en reponer y generalmente está fría (me refiero aquí exclusivamente al buffet), también se forman largas colas para acceder a la zona de grill o mismo en el desayuno para que te hagan un omelette. Tienen un cofee shop muy muy bueno (es una especie de starbucks) altamente recomendable como así el sport bar. -SECTOR PLAYA: amplio, pero dado la época que fui estaba saturado, pocas sombrillas (podrían comprar más sinceramente) muchas reposeras. El agua libre de sargaso, dato clave ahora en México. -PILETAS: el hotel cuenta con varias y todas están bárbaras. Vale la pena ir a recorrer una por una. -GIMANSIO: muy equipado y personal amable que te brinda todo lo que necesites. -ANIMACION: si vas con menores puede llegar a ser un problema ya que no hay mucha, excepto que pagues y los lleves a la colonia del hotel donde están todo el día con actividades 😂 Animación para adultos, se podría decir que hay pero al ser grande el hotel difícilmente te encuentres al personal de animacion (que son muy amables) o no tengas ganas de ir al lugar donde se va a desarrollar. -PERSONAL: leí reseñas en dónde se sentían destratados pero en mi experienciafue todo lo contrario, todos muy amables a excepción de la persona que toma las reservas a los restaurantes, los barman y algunos del transporte interno. -PROBLEMAS: estuvimos toda una noche sin agua caliente, hubo un problema en todo el hotel y ese día no hubo disponiblidad. Tardaron mucho en solucionarlo. Cómo mencione antes, muy mal articulado el transporte interno. Se quemó el motor del aire acondicionado de la habitación, pero esta vez en menos de 2 horas lo reemplazaron. Si vas a un RESTAURANTE TEMATICO reserven temprano, porque INCREÍBLEMENTE se quedan sin comida. Seleccionas algo del menú y te dicen que no tienen más 😂. En las barras de bebidas está el problema de las propinas, te lo hacen notar. -Conclusion: vale la pena ir? Si, el hotel es lo mejor del lugar (costa mujeres) no tanto la playa ya que he visitado otras partes de México y me parecieron mejores. Pero el hotel en sí es muy lindo, teniendo en cuenta las particularidades antes mencionadas. Es para ir una vez y ya está. PD: cuando lean alguna reseña dónde mencionen con nombre propio a alguien del hotel, es porque te lo piden ellos 🤣 me sucedió seguido en dónde me solicitaban reseñas en trip advisor o Google.

Las instalaciones son excelentes y el servicio muy bueno en general. Los puntos negativos son: 1. Están desesperados por hacerte socio de sus hoteles, te lo quieren vender en todo momento. El primer día nos perdimos 3 horas. Los turistas quieren venir de vacaciones no a comprar vacaciones por los próximos 30 años... 2. La calidad de las bebidas es mala. El.alcohol es de mala calidad y realizan los tragos con muy poco alcohol. Por otro lado casi no tienen jugos naturales, el 90% de todos los jugos son concentrados... venir al caribe a tomar.jugos concentrados no es lógico.

The place is very nice and so are the views! Service was good but the little cars that drive you around were not always available. Also, not sure I'd they're still catching up from the pandemic but a lot of the places were closed. The room was very nice and spacious and the mini fridge was always stacked with drinks so that was cool. My kids really enjoyed the pools and the kids club.

El complejo es hermoso pero la atención no es buena. Estas mil horas para que te atiendan en la recepción o te traigan un refresco en la playa o en los restaurantes. Es demasiado grande el complejo para el poco personal que tienen. Las instalaciones son buenas, amplias habitaciones, pero la limpieza mala. Repasan muuuy por arriba. Te das cuenta porque quedan sucios los baños, no te recogen los vasos usados etc. La playa tiene servicio pero no dan a basto. Nunca hay toallones disponibles. Pocas sombrillas. Hay poco sargazo pero ni siquiera lo limpian. Los restaurantes son de buena calidad al igual que las instalaciones pero lo arruina todo la deficiente atención. Para el nivel que dicen tener se queda muy corto.solo les interesa recaudar,el resto bien gracias.

I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review, but I want to be as transparent as possible for families that are thinking of bookingwith here:Customer service is extremely poor all over this resort. I am fully aware that the world is experiencing a shortage with staff, but I had never experienced this type of service in Quintana Roo. Three plus hours waiting for food when we call room service (which is not included in your all-inclusive.) it becomes a nightmare when the food is for the little ones that get sick also thanks to their lack of attention to cleanliness. My son got hand, foot, and mouth, which also made this experience the worst.I tried taking some of my dinner back to my room because my son was being fussy/ I didn’t want to ruin the other guests dinner, and they said I could not do that and had to call room service for food… that was not cool at all since they rather waste food and also have me and my kiddo wait for dinner in our room (which again, takes forever.)The beach is so dirty. Cigarette buds everywhere, cups, etc. Not kid friendly or even pretty for it being part of the Mexican Caribbean.The main pool does not have an ocean view. The poolside service also takes forever. They probably have two staff members tending to the entire pool area.Transportation: you literally wait 20+ minutes for their carts to pick you up and transport you from your building to breakfast, beach, etc.I am so disappointed and we will definitely not be coming back to this “resort” or any of their affiliatesagain.

Great place for a family resort type vacation. Rooms were beautiful, but with a few broken things. The faucet handle fell off in my hand the first time I tried to use it. There was a second sink right there, so it didn't matter. The staff was incredible. Very helpful, kind generous, friendly and accommodating. There were many amenities for small kids, a nightly show designed for small kids, a kids club house with different crafts. The staff was wonderful. All spoke English. Our small kids, 2 and 4, loved it. The restaurant food was beautiful but not tasty. The service was impeccable. The food at the 2 buffets was better.The resort is very far from town (45 minutes) and transportation to and from the resort for our group of 7 was very expensive. Be sure to book your transportation to and from the airport 48 hours in advance.

Amazing resort, we went there with the entire family we were a party of 10 and everyone had an amazing experience. The food was great, we really loved the Italian restaurant out of the selection of 11 restaurants, booking restaurants for our group size wasn't an issue. The staff were friendly, however make sure to take change with you for tipping. The resort itself was very clean, they had nighttime entertainment for kids and adults, the beach was great but we had a lot of weed in the water which we expected at the time of year. Overall, I would highly recommend it and we will be back!

Excelentes instalaciones, nuevas y modernas. Pero el constante destrato al huésped deja un sabor amargo a la estadía. El precio no es acorde a la atención (la cual es mínima). Quedamos atacados en el ascensor, por qué lo llegamos 10 minutos tarde a una reserva de comida, y no nos permitieron ingresar, intentamos hablar pero no les interesa hacerle pasarle un mal momento al huésped. Bebidas de baja calidad, poco entretenimiento. No regresaría.

Hace 5 días estamos en el hotel! Las instalaciones son impresionantes, muy buenas!! La comida buena también en genera con buenos restaurantes y eventos en la noche. Ahora, el servicio no es acorde al hotel, muy bajo el entretenimiento para niños que no existe, no vimos a los animadores aun, la piscina principal tiene atracciones 1 hora y luego queda apagada como una tumba! Esto le resta mucho al hotel! Le hace falta un encargado general que empuje la situación en la piscina principal!!! Urgente. Somos 3 familias, 12 personas! Habitación 14217! Vamos a ver qué pasa en los próximos 5 días!

La comida muy buena en general. Es todo incluido pero en la cafetería te toman orden para tus platillos. 2 veces la mesera la olvidó o mandó los alimentos incorrectos. Otra situación penosa es que cuando se llamó por un detalle en la habitación en español, tardaron horas en solucionarlo, pero cuando mi cuñado hizo una solicitud sobre su habitación en inglés, corrieron en segundos a darle solución. Está lejos del centro, las playas no son muy buenas en esta zona aunque las albercas son bastante grandes y agradables aunque sin zonas de sombra. El servicio a la habitación tiene costo extra de 15 dólares. No hay una zona de "snack" que esté abierto de forma corrida.

This place is the place to be specially for first time travelers in a foreign country. When the say “All inclusive” that’s exactly what they mean. The have free drinks alcohol and non alcoholic drinks, family sections, adult sections, bars and food places that’s with the hotel you can go to for free. When we went to downtown we got discounts because the hotel we were staying in. This was price worthy for sure because for 1 week we only paid $1,680 for the hotel & our flights were $231 with checked bags with frontier. Everyone is super helpful & if there was any issue even a small one the manager is super helpful. Safety is a priority for me so the fact that pick up & drop off comes with the price, they have their own taxi service who waits for you for up to two hours at no charge. Literally everything is free, but of course tipping is key. We had the junior sweet with a view & the rooms cleanliness was superb. They had carts that pick & drop you off if you need to travel a distance. Waiting could be annoying & if you don’t tip and you get the same person they are PETTY. The food was average, but it was free. I’m a foodie so good food is a must & I had to go outside the hotel to get that. I expected authentic Mexican food at least somewhere in the hotel, but to no avail there wasn’t & that was the biggest complaint I had personally.

Overall, our experience was good. The resort is beautiful and having two transportation options to get around was a bonus. Our junior suite was spacious and facing the main pool. Staff members were friendly and did their best to answer questions. It would be nice if resort offered better vegetarian food options. But we had some challenges during our stay: - The phone in our room was mixed with another room. This was very frustrating as we received multiple calls for other guests. We also had to explain to staff that we didn’t order any room service. When we ordered room service, it took over 2 hours to get our items. - Resort could do a better job with cleaning the room, including replacing towels and other toiletries. We requested our room to be cleaned thoroughly because it was dirty but housekeeping didn’t clean it. - Upon arriving, we were forced into a sales pitch about the hotel’s travel club/membership. They made this part of the general check in process. Due to this, we weren’t able to grab anything to eat for awhile – we had to literally explain that we were hungry multiple times.

Spent a week at this all inclusive resort and I had a blast! All of the resort facilities had incredible architecture and a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the views were incredible! The variety of food available at their onsite restaurants was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the Steakhouse, Japanese grill and the breakfast buffet. Who doesn't want to start their day with fresh fruit and an omelet made to order! The staff at every location from the beach to the bars were incredibly friendly and helpful! Even the golf cart ride from our room to the beach felt like riding Disney's jungle cruise with the jokes and color commentary from the drivers.

El hotel es HERMOSO. Las habitaciones son gigantes, tienen bañera en el medio del baño que es un lujo para darse un baño. Mi habitación tenía balcón en la esquina con una vista increíble. Las playas y piletas son hermosas. Dicho esto, la atención es PÉSIMA o peor. En cualquier restaurante cuando te toman la orden de la comida siempre se olvidan de algo. Pedir que por favor te traigan más bebida es un problema porque no lo hacen y siempre hay que recordar, varias veces, no estoy exagerando. Pedís un café y no te traen ni azúcar/edulcorante; si lo hacen no te traen cucharita!!. Un día olvidé mi máscara y me querían cobrar $1 para darme una!! Es all inclusive!! Estamos hablando de 1 máscara 1 vez! Muy ordinario querer cobrarla. Volví a lo habitación una tarde y no tenía bebidas en el frigobar. Llamé 4 veces para reclamar y nunca vinieron. NUNCA! Solo les pedí agua y coca! 4 veces. Nunca vinieron. El último que me atendió me dijo que eso era con room service y me cortó el teléfono. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN. TODOS.

La parte hotelera es hermosa , es un hotel de un gran nivel, después la parte GASTRONOMICA ES un 2 estrellas , bajísima la calidad de comida no había frutos de marque es lo mas comun para un hotel de esa envergadura. Fui a pasar las fiestas y los shows hasta el dia 31 estuvieron , luego mermo la gente y no hubo ninguna animación mas. Mi habitación fue la numero 15305 en la cual tampoco había reposición de bebidas y llamaba a atención al Huésped y se supone que uno llama para algo importante y no atendia nadie , llame al operador y me dijo que alguien me tenia que atender pero eso no ocurrio, esta es mi humilde opinion , ojala cambien y no desperdicen ese bonito lugar.

Very short in staff therefore service quality is really bad as u have to wait for long periods to be serve at any restaurant. Staff is friendly however they seem stress and struggle to manage many sections as clearly hotel management is not hiring enough people and is compromising quality and service.Try to call operators line, guest service and reception many times without no answer as our room was not made despite asking for it to the room attendant when we saw her on the hall and on previous calls, 7pm and the room was still not made. Terrible day experience.I highly suggest that you keep your standards and make sure you have a enough manpower to deliver a good service. Food at restaurant is average, tried the steak restaurant and the meat quality was very disappointing as well of service delayed, Thai restaurant far from being close to authentic Thai food, the Indian restaurant was fine and the service from Luciano was excellentas he went always beyond our needs. Moises the waiter at Isla Blanca offer also an excellentservice despite of being super busy as they seem short in staff.

A mi me encanto este hotel, estaba súper chido. Además Tania la señorita del black and white junior club súper buena gente y súper chida. También las personas de los bares súper amables como Miguel, Sergio del teatro y también en los restaurantes como la señorita Orquídea . Además los botes y los carritos te pueden llevar a cualquier parte. Las habitaciones súper cómodas y la señorita de limpieza como la señorita Monica buenísima gente y nos ayudaba en todo. Me encanto esta experiencia pero deberían mejorar el internet porque hay veces que no sirve.

Great resort in a green, clean and quiet part of Cancun. We absolutely loved the whole staff, they made our stay wonderful and seamless of any problems . Special mentions go to Antonio at the beach bar, Alan at the building 13, Susy at the Isla Blanca and many other who took such a great care of us.Food was wonderful in the buffet and the Mexican Restaurant at the village. We would stay clear of Indian place though.Thank you!

Our building concierge Alan Ochoa was the best!!! He was so attentive and accommodating. Even if we were just passing through, he would make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. Please give this guy a raise! He obviously goes above and beyond for his guests and our stay at Grand Palladium has been made exponentially better because of his hospitality.

This hotel can be deceiving, as it looks like an amazing resort based on the pictures online. However it is an average hotel that has issues that should be corrected. Upon arriving we were forced into a sales pitch for the connecting hotel's timeshare pitch that is made to seem as part of the general check in as they greet you at the door. We had arrived early so our room wasn't quite ready yet, but we were able to go to the lunch buffet where we had only 2-3 bites as all of the food was ice cold.The hotel talks about how there are 10 restaurants on the property you can eat at, however that is not the case since only 4-5 open every night. The hotel pools are nice, and they have great beach access. Please be weary of the iguanas as they will jump on your stuff if you are laying by the pool. I did like how the resort was very protective of health measures with COVID and masks. If you want to get room service you have to pay $10 per person per meal, and then if you want to use the spa or gym that was an additional fee as well.The room we stayed in was a jacuzzi suite which we were going to use the last night we were at the resort, and when we hit the on button after waiting an hour for the tub to fill it didn't work. It was 10PM so there was no waiting as we were leaving the next morning at 4AM. The hotel partners with a traffic tours company for travel transfers to & from the hotel. We were supposed to be picked up at 4:20AM on our departing day, and they were a no-show so we had to get a general taxi after already paying for the service to be taken to the airport in advance.

It was alright. In all honesty, the staff was amazing and so helpful, but I could tell they weren't trained properly and were trying their best. There was so much conflicting information from different staff members, the food at the resort was sub par to say the least, which usually resulted in disappointment and lingering hunger. I truly appreciate the effort the employees put in to make our stay pleasant, they were all so wonderful and truly did the best with what they had. I truly believe this was all a result of COVID and low staffing, which I completely understand. I hope they get more people on board to help with these issues.P.S. if you're staying in the family selection part of the resort, they do a really cool bath with balloons for the little ones!! My son absolutely loved it!!

Visited this hotel for 10 days in November 2021 and here's my overall thoughts:The good:- Staff are friendly and are all wearing masks for COVID protocol. - Hotel grounds are well maintained and free of litter. - Pool is centrally located -Bed is comfortableThe bad:- The buffet. Just avoid it. The food is cold and is the same everyday. No variety.I'll be honest that I was surprised that the resort is 45 minutes away from the airport but I didn't want to be on the Cancun strip anyways. It was shocking to hear that a one way cab ride is $50 USD and so it's not really feasible to take day trips into town (unless you're rich lol)The resort does have nightly entertainment but it's just ok. It's different every night however it's usually just very loud music and dancers. I would have liked to see some more options.I enjoy that the resort has a quaint vibe... All the restaurant and shops are grouped together and they have a coffee shop which feels like you're going to a local Starbucks so that was cool.If you want to be close to everything ask to stay in building 15. I stayed at the resort with my husband, 1 year old daughter and parents.The stay was super relaxing and pleasant. The staff was always very courteous, we always felt very comfortable. - The food and beverage is top quality - The animation program is very varied and great. Gabo and his sister are very, very personable entertainers. As like the others :) - The hotel also offers a lot of fun and activities for children.All in all, a very great stay. We would love to come back :)

Hotel muy bonito, muy grande, necesitas transportarte en carritos de golf y pierdes mucho tiempo,tiene muy mal servicio para ser un hotel de esacategoría, preguntas y nadie sabe nada, como si fueran nuevos, muy lentos, cuando llamé a recepción para pedir algo tardaron 2 horas tuve que hablar nuevamente para recordarles, se siente muy mala organización.

This is place is gorgeous breath taking. I won't give a full 5 stars for a couple of reasons. I do believe front desk should have more knowledge of rooms info. I asked if my room could be connected with my parents who were also doing check in with me. They said it would be next to each other but not connected. My parents were given a room with 2 beds and my cousin and me were booked on a single bed room… no issue we switched and there was a door that did connect both room. Our power outlets didn't work asked to be fixed they came "fixed" but the issue was still unsolved. The scale and safe on our room was not working either. The lady on the reservation desk was rude when asking to do a RSVP for a big group. Other than that the place is amazing!

We booked here because we were meeting up with friends who had already planned their stay. To be blunt, we wouldn't do it again. However, I'll start with the positives-The property is very nice - modern architecture - though felt a bit more like Scottsdale, AZ than Mexico to me. Pools are lovely. Our butler, Ronie, at Building 11 was FABULOUS. The food was decent for an all-inclusive, though if you do not enjoy a buffet for every breakfast/lunch and ethnic food for dinner, this place won't be for you. My massage at Zentropia was very nice, as well.Now for some critique-Our check in process was a hassle and we were treated rudely by a staff member. Our "ocean view" room was obstructed view and not worth the extra charge. The massage we booked at check in got botched, pushing it back later in the day. Staff at the spa weren't timely, and their "Healthy Bar" only offered us orange juice, coffee, and tea - no snacks whatsoever. After a "cleaning" of our room I found a cigarette butt - we don't smoke. The tub didn't work/didn't hold water. We paid the extra charge for room service (NOTE: NOT INCLUDED) only to never have our dishes picked up, despite a phone call. There was an opened, half-used shampoo in the shower upon our arrival. And our room flooded one night - water was dripping through the ceiling such that it woke us up and we had to throw down a bunch of towels at 345 am. Several of our food and drink orders were wrong throughout our stay, and we speak decent Spanish. Lastly, we asked for a taxi when we checked out - they never made that call, so we had to re-request one when we planned to depart. The lack of service was exasperating.Thank goodness for good friends, a few kind staff, and decent enough food to redeem this experience. This was definitely NOT 5-star quality. I enjoyed our resort in hotel zone much more in spite of more noise and foot traffic. No plans to return and wouldn't recommend.

Stayed in Family Selection and had a blast! Pools were warm enough to enjoy them in mid November. Service was excellent. Kids Club had its own pool with a waterpark, a trampoline and a lot of indoor activities. Staff was friendly and Gabriel and Ulises from Family Selection service accommodated all of our requests with great care. This is our new favorite resort and we look forward to coming back!

The resort is beautiful! We were here for a wedding and it was beautifully out together. Friendly housekeeping and wait staff.However, the front desk staff has no communication with one another. We were getting conflicting information constantly- whether it was needed to make reservations for the gym. Or to get correct dinner reservations.

The food is very bad. Food is FULL of salt. Too many bugs. I came back bitten by mosquitoes every where. The management does not care even if you ask for help. They charge extra for every little thing. The property is good and spa is great. Over all a terrible experience. Not worth the money.

I am writing this review while we are still at our hotel stay. I wanted to highlight something that I felt deserved mentioning. Last night was the Rock n Roll show. It could not be held at the theatre due to a private function so they moved it to the main lobby. I truly commend the performers who were able to put on a great show and navigate the ever changing landscape of people walking in and around them while they were dancing. Well done. My daughter LOVED it.

Se que el turismo es un negocio y aquí se ve muy claro...es entendible el precio de las excursiones son más onerosas que en las agencias. Pero es vergonzoso que para el test (pcr) cobren U$95, cuando en cualquier laboratorio cuesta U$ 70, osea siguen negociando con la salud, es más no dejan ingresar siquiera al laboratorio para tomar la muestra... Se nota que no han aprendido nada tras la pandemia lamentable!!!

Ronie and the other hospitality staff did a great job making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The resort is beautiful and offered many activities to keep us occupied. The resort also partners with local companies to offer more excursions to explore mexico. The only downside was the food service was very slow due to lack of staff. I am hoping the resort will fully staff each restaurant after the COVID pandemic.

The hotel is beautiful, you have to see in person. My boyfriend and I visited for our birthday. We had a blast. If I could give this hotel 6 stars i would. The property was always clean. All the workers were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the spa, I did the hydration pool. They were booked up for full body massages (bummer). I tried all the restaurants the Mexican was my least favorite, which was still fine.I say this is the best resort to stay when visiting Cancun. Planning on returning in February with my daughter. They have a great family selection.

Contudo, o serviço dos restaurantes e a qualidade das comidas são ruins. Hotéis 3 estrelas fazem comidas muito melhores. As bebidas, apesar de ser "all inclusive" (entre aspas porque vc deveria dar um dólar cada vez que pede ou vai se sentir mal), me pareceram todos com gostos parecidos e mal preparadas. Algumas vezes o Bar Man acertou a mão! Minha sugestão é sempre ir no Sport Bar, onde é mais divertida e o cardápio melhor. Coisas mais simples e com sabor. O serviço dos garçons de TODOS os restaurantes foram péssimos!Ponto positivo para o SPA! Isso sim é perfeito e com atendimento fantástico!Esperava muito mais pelo serviço e qualidade das comidas... Mas me surpreendi pela qualidade do quarto e infraestrutura do hotel.

This resort is AMAZING!! If I could give them 6 stars I would. My fiancé & I went for our birthday's early August & it was Awesome. From the time of Arrival to our departure we were amongst some of the best staff ever. They remembered us by name, always were polite, & always ready to help us in any way. The resort itself is Beautiful, omg! Super clean! The Gastronomy was delicious and beautiful. The service was Excellent all around, but a few Staff members went above & beyond our entire 5 day stay. Um dos melhores resorts que já fiquei na vida pra não falar o melhor! Localização ótima, as praias no período em que viemos estavam cheias de alga mas não foi um problema na praia do hotel onde percebemos um cuidado e manutenção constantes para manter as praias limpas. O atendimento dos funcionários é definitivamente um plus, destacando a simpatia cordialidade de Ronie, responsável pelas reservas nos restaurantes q foi simplesmente perfeita!

Ate at Bhogali while I stayed at the Grand Palladium. Our waiter, Alberto was amazing. He made us laugh and smile throughout our meal. The other staff were just as kind and outgoing. The food was delicious. Not to spicy for Indian food. The atmosphere was welcoming and the entire staff was so helpful…as I do not speak Spanish. I will eat here when I return.

Service was almost nonexistent. The resort is very, very large and every time you need to go from one place to another within the resort, you have to wait a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes for the carts to take you - everything is so spread apart. Breakfast was only served at one restaurant. Beach and all pools close quite early…8 PM. The food left so much to be desired, “even at their “fine dining “ restaurants. Very slow in replenishing food, hot food was cold, sea food was scarce-to-none unless you had Paella”, which was always empty. Five star resort???…not even able to get premium liquor, even if you offered to pay extra. The only way you’re able to get premium drinks is to buy the “ENTIRE” bottle at 2/3 times the price you pay in the U.S. If you had a need to call the front desk, you had to let it ring at least 20 times or more if someone answered. If you go to the front desk instead of calling, you wait at least 30 minutes to be taken care of. During our entire stay, we saw a maximum of 2 desk clerks at one time and very long lines. Very, very disappointed for what is supposedly a “5” star resort. I don’t think this was a “capacity “ issue as the resort was definitely not crowded. Never again will we be visiting such resort.

The most unforgettable trip of all time, the hurricane wedding. My fiance and I Erin, along with 42 friends and family traveled to Grand Palladium to host our wedding. And as it turns out, Hurricane delta had other plans. The staff at Grand Palladium did everything they could to keep our crew safe, and comfortable during the evacuation, but unfortunately, the wedding was off. Well, then came to these four heroes Elie, Felipe, Ceci, and Bart literally saved the day. They were unbelievable. So passionate, caring, and helpful. They helped us pull off the impossible. A make-shift wedding at 9:30 pm the next day after they shuttled our crew out of the refugee camp, they helped us find lights, a location, and even a space to hold a dinner, and speeches. If it weren't for these four men, I would not be married right now. We will FOREVER be in debt to these guys and the staff at this amazing resort. Elie in particular was so, so helpful. I think he deserves a raise and a leadership position. He is the real deal, as are the rest of this crew. I give five stars all day and can't recommend this resort more.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel for our friends wedding the service was horrible. There was only ONE staff member checking in all the people for the event. We were offered welcome drinks and they never brought them to us. We had to walk up to the bar while others waited in the line to check in. The line took close to an hour and when we finally checked in they told us our rooms were not ready. Getting around the hotel was a hassle. The golf carts took over 40 minutes to pass by and sometimes they were full with no more room for us to ride on. In the room, we did not have a hair dryer, when on the website it says all rooms have them. I called to get a hair dryer delivered to my room and they never brought it. I had to ask a cleaning lady that was in the building and by the time they brought it I had less than 10 minutes to do my hair before my friends’ wedding ceremony. Also, we ordered room service and they arrived 2.5 hours later when we were heading out. Talking to other friends about their experience it seems like these issues were a constant for everyone. If I were you I would look into another resort to have an event or any type of getaway.

We chose to put our trust in Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres as the destination for our wedding day and completely regret it. We brought over 50 paying customers to this 5 star hotel all to be treated by horrible customer service. The resort is beautiful but unfortunately that was quickly overshadowed by the lousy service received right upon arrival. During our stay, we encountered a number of issues that were reported and then completely ignored. It's because these issues were ignored both in person and via email that I felt compelled to right this review. Check in was horrible. We (my wife and I) were suppose to have a confirmed private check in but instead were greeted by the receptionist letting us know that our room was not ready and we ended up waiting 2 hours to finally get into our suite. Our guests arrived two days later and were also suppose to get a private check in (this was confirmed the day before) but instead also had to wait an unbearable amount of time. I had expensive items that were stolen from my room which I reported. When following up with the stolen items report, I was turned away and told that they had no report and did not know what I was talking about. Customer service during our 6 day stay was the worst! Room service had to be called at least 3 times each time we needed anything and I was even denied service once because the staff said he was getting off in 10 minutes. The same applied to us when calling for a golf cart. Be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes for one. Unfortunately, I found that out on the day of my wedding while I was waiting 25 minutes for a golf cart that was promised to be there upon my arrival back from getting my hair and makeup done. Management has done nothing and has taken zero liability on matters that have happened at their hotel. I am beyond disappointed at their lack of responsibility especially when bringing them so much business. I can't even imagine how much worse we would have been treated if we weren't considered "VIP" guest. There are plenty of high caliber hotels in the area, you would be better off going somewhere else.

One of the best resorts we have stayed in a while, when we booked we weren’t expecting this. Before I go into all of the details I have to really take the time to thank a few of the staff that made this possible. Our bartenders Jhonni, and Don Julio 🙂 these two guys really went above and beyond! They made sure our kids were always taken care off and our cups always full! They took the time to arrange our cabana and umbrellas so our kids are comfortable while taking their midday nap. Little things that matter very much! Also can’t forget the entertainment crew Bart, Elie, Ricky that lost too many volleyball games to count to our team 😂 Thank you guys for making our stay a memorable one! Food was really good, we did have to get used to the limited options do to the current pandemic but they did amazing considering the situation. This resort is HUGE and transportation is readily available, staff would always come up and ask if we needed them to call a cart for us. Our favorite was the boat ride from our building to the village and our kids loved it! Spa Center was 10/10 Entertainment was available every night and finished of the day just right...I did win a small dancing contest 😂 not writing this review because of that! Hahaha! Time to conclude this lengthy review, overall this resort is super family friendly and we will definitely go back! There is a side of the resort that is more adult friendly, but my wife did not let me check it out 😂 otherwise I would review it as well!

It’s a great place and we had fun. Exclusive beaches, great heated pools, variety of freshly made food, bakery, fruits. Good drink selection even for a non drinker. Complete sauna experience, with heated, cold, Himalayan salt room and infinity pool is a must visit. Awesome daycare with great kids activities. Many great staff. One less star due to couple bad service experiences but those were far fewer. My daughter was given surprise cake and awesome room decorations for her birthday. Highly recommend. Night party at club is lively.

This resort exceeded all my expectations! ** if you’re looking to party this might not be the best option for you unless you leave the resort, its more of a relaxed vibe*** The staff were so polite and nice. The food was good, there’s wifi all over the resort and it’s a big resort but they include golf cart transportation or a mini boat that flows around the resort and brings you closest to your destination ( your room, or main pool, lobby etc) so if something wasn't close it wasn’t a problem! The restaurants were amazing and so was the buffet and the rooms were nice and clean. The drinks were amazing and there are waiters around the pool to take your drink order if you’re too lazy to get up! Also the free movie channels that were in the room were amazing, after a long day in the sun and your looking to watch a movie in bed at night. In conclusion it was perfect, 5 stars!!

Was not a 5 star resort. The rooms smelt musty and many others complained of visible mold. The resort is less than 1 year old and it is clear that they are just painting over the mold. Management seemed to not care. Also, getting room supplies was a challenge. It felt like the staff was told not replaced used items or restock mini bar. If you go, bring mosquito repellent, it is crazy bad at night. The good was the wait staff by the pool and at the non buffet restaurants. Also, food was decent most places but the buffet.

A touch of paradise. This is an amazing hotel. Nothing Is too much trouble. Food Is absolutely fantastic especially the TRS restaurants. Would recommend this to everyone. Accessibility was no issues everywhere. Beach is clean and stunning. Mosquito were a bit of a nightmare. These critters are out day and night. A very good experience

This resort was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful, and everybody was so nice. There was always many activities going on at the pool and the beach. And the shows at night were great as well. There is always something to do there no matter what time of day. When I was there I met a worker ELIE who was absolutely amazing I give him 5 stars himself. He was very helpful and a lot of fun. This resort is very family friendly, but also has a lot to do for adults, young adults, and teens. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a great vacation!

This is my fourth visit to the Mayan Riviera. Grand Palladium Playa Mujeres goes well beyond other resorts. The food is very high quality, service is excellent, rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The beaches have the soft white sand you travel south for though the umbrellas and shade are slightly lacking - definitely not a reason to avoid the beach or resort. The buildings are situated around a man-made lagoon and they offer transportation by electric boat (giving it a “Venice” feel), or by large electric golf cart. Great kids water park - very family friendly. The staff all take pride in their work from the waiters in the restaurants to the room servers to the boat/golf cart drivers. No shortage of food style or entertainment. Anyone who is complaining about this place is really reaching and would complain about being short changed if they were given $100 million. Of all 4 places I’ve stayed, this one is absolutely fantastic and I would definitely return.
