“This is by far one of the worse Hilton hotels. The hotel is terrible from the parking garage to the front desk. The showers have mildew. The furniture is dusty and soiled. Bed linen is wrinkled and soiled. Upon arrival to the front desk two gentlemen were standing behind the desk talking and laughing, my husband and I had to ask who wanted to be bothered with helping us; no response. I am a Diamond member and we were placed in a small cramped room, and the door knob/lock was jammed. Back to the guy at the front desk, he continued to ask what time we were leaving at the end of our stay. We were later informed the hotel would be closing the elevators. The food at the hotel is gross. Bugs flying around the bar area. All of the staff act as though it's an imposition for guest to arrive or approach. The river view room was terrible. This hotel does not have a club lounge for Gold or Diamond members. This place does not have to worry about me ever again. I stayed at Holiday Inn and the rooms/service was better. This hotel is dated, nothing new or modern. I would like to thank Trenisha; the only kind and sensible person working at the front desk. This is the only reason I gave a score of two stars”
