“The city view is amazing! We stayed on the 21st floor the room has floor to ceiling window wall that just captivates with the New Orleans city lights at night! Just stunning! We ordered room service and it was delicious the seafood pasta, Cajun baked catch was amazing enough for two with each order, comes with everything you could want! The prices are commensurate with local restaurants so was surprised with pricing not being overly expensive for Hotel room service! The valet guys are very courteous and prompt! Overall excellent service and amenities! I give it A++! I will only stay here from now on when visiting New Orleans!”

“Stayed for 4 nights for a business convention. I'm impressed by the professional courteous demeanor of all the staff. During my stay I had interaction with the front desk for a safe deposit box which is free, concierge, conference room staff and serving staff in the exhibit hall, room service and maintenance. Everyone was kind and respectful. Room service didn't cost an arm and a leg.I utilized 2 times for dinner and both were under $30. And I had a cool view of the river from my window. I definitely recommend this hotel.”
