Experiência fantástica de hotel. Lobby elegante e sofisticado com equipe atenciosa, + Cumberland bar e café Stompin Grounds no mesmo nível. Ficamos no quarto 2214 - espaçoso, silencioso e com vista panorâmica da cidade. Grande banheiro. Sem microondas nem espaço de geladeira. Restaurante e bar na cobertura Bourbon Steak foi excepcional. Localização a apenas alguns quarteirões de todas as atrações - Broadway, museus, Gulch, Music Row, etc. Grande experiência de ponta a ponta e definitivamente recomendo!

Fantastic hotel experience. Sleek and polished lobby with attentive staff, + Cumberland bar and Stompin Grounds cafe on same level. We stayed in room 2214 - spacious, quiet, and floor to ceiling city views. Large bathroom. No microwave nor refrigerator space. Rooftop restaurant & bar Bourbon Steak was exceptional. Location only a couple blocks from all the attractions - Broadway, museums, Gulch, Music Row, etc. End to end great experience and would definitely recommend!

Fiquei por duas noites. Hotel incrível. Excelente vista na parte direita da cidade. Esqueci minha jaqueta no quarto do hotel. Eu percebi quando estava no aeroporto. AJ Rivera fez um trabalho incrível de comunicação e mandou minha jaqueta. Era uma jaqueta velha, mas especial para mim. Ele nem mesmo me cobrou por isso. Bem feito!

Stayed for two nights. Awesome hotel. Great view in the right part of town. I forgot my jacket at the hotel room. I noticed when at the airport. AJ Rivera did an incredible job with communication and sending me my jacket. It was an old jacket, but special to me. He didn’t even charge me for it. Well done!

This is my third time staying here. It’s been bad every time. Look at the bad reviews and you will see there is an issue. Stay somewhere else, especially for the price. Stay 1 - Shower was malfunctioning. I slipped while in the shower. Room didn’t get serviced even though I was out since early morning and I didn’t return until dinner time. Stay 2 - Room smelled. There was some type of paper above the bed that fell on me. Stay 3 - I’m not even checked in and the front desk staff was rude for no reason. I was just asking for details about when I’d be able to check in. They were not busy either. 5 staff and I was the only customer. You get better service at McDonalds.

Visitei este hotel em uma viagem de negócios e foi absolutamente deslumbrado em todos os aspectos. A aparência, o pessoal, o serviço, o quarto, a experiência ... TUDO foi incrível. Este é certamente um testemunho da reputação que o JW Marriott construiu. Vale a pena o preço. O restaurante no último andar também é excelente.

Beautiful place. Clean rooms, and centrally located. The staff was professional and attentive. The valet guys knew my name and car! It was a top shelf experience for me!

Visited this hotel on a business trip and was absolutely blown away in every regard. The appearance, the staff, the service, the room, the experience...EVERYTHING was amazing. This is certainly a testament to the reputation that JW Marriott has built. It is worth the price. The restaurant on the top floor is outstanding as well.

O JW é um lugar incrível para ficar !!! Minha noiva e eu ficamos noivos em 02/07; informamos a equipe JW durante a nossa estadia 7 / 2-7 / 3 e eles fizeram o nosso dia memorável. Eles enviaram macaroons e uma garrafa de vinho para o nosso quarto como uma surpresa. A equipe foi incrível e acolhedora. O quarto que nos deram era de tirar o fôlego, nos deu uma vista de Nashville que eu NUNCA esquecerei. Se você está pensando em ficar no JW, faça isso, você não vai se arrepender!

The JW is an amazing place to stay!!! My fiancée and I got engaged on 7/2; we informed the JW staff during our 7/2-7/3 stay and they made our day memorable. They sent macaroons and a bottle of wine to our room as a surprise. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room they gave us was breathtaking, it gave us a view of Nashville that I will NEVER forget. If you’re considering staying at the JW, do it, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful view. If you want to have a fancy day/date but you're just a normal person, maybe go somewhere else. This is a business hotel for the rich. They will treat you like you DON'T belong there while you stay.The conceir went through his process so fast it was clear that he didn't really want us to understand, or to venture out to the places he was attempting to explain. 3rd floor was something? And top floor restaurant had a dress code that I couldn't find on website, so we couldn't go. We checked out early. We went to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and there was no celebration. Beautiful hotel though..

Belo hotel, quartos limpos e bem equipados, grandes janelas do chão ao teto, adorei os controles de luz e o botão de privacidade, a cama era muito firme. Frigobar bem abastecido, mas tenha cuidado para não tocar, a menos que queira pagar, se você pegar alguma coisa da geladeira carregada. O café Stompin Ground tem ótimos cafés e doces localizados no térreo, perto do bar. O restaurante na cobertura (Bourbon Steak) é incrível! Com vistas maravilhosas de Nashville.

Beautiful hotel, clean well appointed rooms, large floor to ceiling windows, loved the light controls and the privacy button, bed was very firm. Nicely stocked mini fridge ,but be careful don’t touch unless you want to pay if you pick anything up in the fridge your charged. Stompin Ground coffee has great coffee and pastries located downstairs near bar.Rooftop restaurant (Bourbon Steak) is amazing! With Wonderful views of Nashville.
