Check-in no hotel e quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, notamos mofo preto na área do chuveiro. Falou com o funcionário na recepção e não havia outros quartos disponíveis. Tivemos que fazer o check-out e obter outro quarto para a última noite de nossa estadia e esse quarto era pior. O mofo preto e tufos de cabelo fora do chuveiro, obviamente, eles não limpam seus quartos. A melhor parte foi que o gerente nem veio falar comigo. Checked in to the hotel and when we got to our room we noticed black mold in the shower area. Spoke with the clerk at the front desk and no other rooms were available. We had to check out and get another room for the last night of our stay and that room was worse. The black mold and clumps of hair outside the shower obviously they don't clean their rooms. Best part was the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Guess customer service isnt on the managers minds when they have a customer issue. Obrigado Chef Kevin e sim, nossa viagem foi um enorme sucesso e nosso filho teve uma viagem de 5 ESTRELAS!Por fim, obrigado Embassy por ter duas das melhores esteiras rolantes, foi capaz de rodar minha manhã 6 milhas e gostei de usar seu equipamento. Thank you Embassy Suites for allowing us to stay at your property this past weekend.In addition, Chef Kevin - you're the absolute best and we thank you greatly!Our family stayed at this very nice embassy suites during a weekend trip to the Naperville area.We had our dog in tow and had a very enjoyable experience!Two of our favorite ammenities is the free made to order breakfasts and the two free complimentary drinks at night.It was during these experiences we had a chance to meet/see Chef Kevin in action, and he was so professional and a pleasure to talk with.Thank you Chef Kevin and yes, our trip was a huge success and our son had a 5 STAR trip!Lastly, thank you Embassy for having two of the best treadmills, was able to crank out my morning 6 miler and enjoyed using your equipment.In addition, your pull-up bars were money!!

hospedado aqui para uma semana. Havia uma placa no quarto informando que o serviço de limpeza precisa ser solicitado. Solicitei que o quarto fosse limpo na 3ª noite. Saiu para trabalhar no quarto dia, voltou e o quarto não estava limpo. Solicitado novamente no quarto dia à noite, voltei do trabalho e o quarto ainda não estava limpo. Finalmente consegui falar com Jeff, o GM. Ele me culpou por não conhecer as regras e falou comigo de uma maneira muito ruim. Reclamei do quarto e por não receber sabonete, xampu, toalhas e água. Jeff disse que a água não é cortesia aqui e é assim em todas as suítes da Embassy. (Havia uma placa no quarto dizendo que a água potável é cortesia). Jeff prometeu ter meu quarto limpo no dia seguinte (6º dia). Adivinha, voltei do trabalho e o quarto ainda não estava limpo, nada reabastecido. Desci até a recepção perguntando por Jeff. O cara da recepção pediu desculpas e tratou de tudo com muita calma. Ele até conseguiu que alguém viesse ao meu quarto e trocou o lençol e reabasteceu imediatamente. Jeff, o GM, apareceu e nunca se desculpou, ele apenas me disse que me daria Hilton Points se eu fosse um membro Hilton Honors (o que sou). Então meu quarto foi limpo uma vez no sexto dia e Jeff, o GM, claramente não sabe como lidar com os clientes. Já se passaram dois dias e os pontos Hilton que ele me prometeu ainda não estão na minha conta. Pior experiência de sempre.

Stayed here for a week. There was a sign in the room stating that housekeeping service needs to be requested. I requested for the room to be cleaned on the 3rd night. Went outto work on the fourth day, came back and the room was not cleaned. Requested again on the fourth day evening, came back from work and the room still was not cleaned. Finally got to speak to Jeff, the GM. He blamed it on me for not knowing the rules and spoke to me in a very bad manner. I complained about the room and for not getting soap, shampoo, towels and water. Jeff said that water is not complimentary here and it’s like that at every Embassy suites. (There was a sign in the room saying that drinking water is complimentary). Jeff promised to have my room cleaned the following day (6th day).Guess what, I came back from work and the room still was not cleaned, nothing restocked.I went down to the front desk asking for Jeff. The guy at front desk apologized and handled everything very calmly. He even got someone to come to my room and changed the bed sheet and restocked right away. Jeff the GM showed up and never apologized, he just told me that he would give me Hilton Points if I was a Hilton Honors member (which I am).So my room got cleaned once on the sixth day and Jeff the GM clearly does not know how to deal with customers.It’s been two days and the Hilton points he promised me is still not in my account. Worst experience ever.

Por US$ 200 tudo o que fizemos foi dormir em uma cama. O chuveiro estava espirrando por todo o lugar. O piso do chuveiro se encheu de água e drenou muito, muito lentamente. Tive que apressar meu banho para não inundar o chão do banheiro.Fora isso o quarto era muito bom. O serviço foi incrível. O happy hour foi bom. O barman foi tão educado. Você ganha um cartão perfurado para receber duas bebidas grátis para cada convidado. Lanches eram legumes com mistura de rancho e chex.Nenhum spa. Sem banheira de hidromassagem. Sem banheira nos quartos. O restaurante não está aberto aos domingos e segundas-feiras.

Hotel incrível, adorei o café da manhã, piscina aberta até 11 e os quartos eram bons. Os quartos provavelmente serão reformados no próximo ano, pois o carpete e os móveis já viram dias melhores. Pequenos reparos precisavam ser feitos, mas é esperado de um hotel de alto tráfego. Bons ossos serão 5 estrelas assim que forem atualizados.

For $200 all we did was sleep in a bed. The shower head was spraying all over the place. The shower floor filled up with water and drained very very slowly. Had to rush my shower so I wouldn't flood the bathroom floor. Other than that the room was very nice. Service was amazing. Happy hour was nice. The bartender was so polite. You get a punch card to receive two free drinks each guest. Snacks were veggies with ranch and chex mix. No spa. No hot tub. No tub in the rooms. The restaurant is not open on Sundays and Mondays.

Amazing hotel, loved the breakfast, pool open until 11 and rooms were nice. The rooms are probably due for a remodel in the next year or so as the carpet and furniture had seen better days. Minor repairs needed to be made but it's expected from a high traffic hotel. Good bones will be 5 star once it gets a refresh.

Experiência decente geral ficar neste hotel. O estacionamento não é uma grande situação embora.Para outros membros Diamond que estão acostumados a outras propriedades Hilton que fornecem várias garrafas de água durante estadias de longa duração, este local 100% não. Apenas 2 por quarto por estadia. Entendo que sempre foi a política, apenas todos os outros Hilton's em que me hospedei oferecem extra durante toda a estadia.Para check-out tardio, você não pode solicitar no check-in ou durante a estadia - você deve ligar no dia do check-out para ver se eles o acomodam. Overall decent experience staying at this hotel. The parking isn't a great situation though. For other diamond members who are use to other Hilton properties providing multiple bottles of water during longer duration stays, this location 100% will not. Only 2 per room per stay. I understand that's always been the policy, just all other Hilton's I've stayed at provide extra throughout stay. For late check out, you cannot request at check in or during stay- you have to call day of check out to see if they will accommodate it. This makes it difficult to plan your last day. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Room was good, bed comfortable.

Clean sparkly good smelling rooms. Such smiling friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. So many options. They even make you hot omelette, veg stir fry and a lot more. Def my choice for all next travels.

No geral, o hotel foi ótimo. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e as recepções de cortesia de manhã e à noite foram excelentes. Pelo preço do quarto, eu esperava que a mobília (banco de pés especificamente) não parecesse ter passado algumas rodadas com um puma e o suporte de papel higiênico não estivesse perto de cair da parede, mas o serviço e comida, bem como localização foi feita para isso.

Overall, the hotel was great. The employees were all very friendly and the complimentary receptions in the morning and evening were great. For the price of the room, I did expect that the furniture (footstool specifically) wouldn't have looked like it went a couple rounds with a cougar and the toilet paper holder wouldn't be close to falling off the wall but the service and food as well as location made up for it.
