“Stayed here for a week. There was a sign in the room stating that housekeeping service needs to be requested. I requested for the room to be cleaned on the 3rd night. Went outto work on the fourth day, came back and the room was not cleaned. Requested again on the fourth day evening, came back from work and the room still was not cleaned. Finally got to speak to Jeff, the GM. He blamed it on me for not knowing the rules and spoke to me in a very bad manner. I complained about the room and for not getting soap, shampoo, towels and water. Jeff said that water is not complimentary here and it’s like that at every Embassy suites. (There was a sign in the room saying that drinking water is complimentary). Jeff promised to have my room cleaned the following day (6th day).Guess what, I came back from work and the room still was not cleaned, nothing restocked.I went down to the front desk asking for Jeff. The guy at front desk apologized and handled everything very calmly. He even got someone to come to my room and changed the bed sheet and restocked right away. Jeff the GM showed up and never apologized, he just told me that he would give me Hilton Points if I was a Hilton Honors member (which I am).So my room got cleaned once on the sixth day and Jeff the GM clearly does not know how to deal with customers.It’s been two days and the Hilton points he promised me is still not in my account. Worst experience ever.”

“Thank you Embassy Suites for allowing us to stay at your property this past weekend.In addition, Chef Kevin - you're the absolute best and we thank you greatly!Our family stayed at this very nice embassy suites during a weekend trip to the Naperville area.We had our dog in tow and had a very enjoyable experience!Two of our favorite ammenities is the free made to order breakfasts and the two free complimentary drinks at night.It was during these experiences we had a chance to meet/see Chef Kevin in action, and he was so professional and a pleasure to talk with.Thank you Chef Kevin and yes, our trip was a huge success and our son had a 5 STAR trip!Lastly, thank you Embassy for having two of the best treadmills, was able to crank out my morning 6 miler and enjoyed using your equipment.In addition, your pull-up bars were money!!”
