“Stayed here for a week. There was a sign in the room stating that housekeeping service needs to be requested. I requested for the room to be cleaned on the 3rd night. Went outto work on the fourth day, came back and the room was not cleaned. Requested again on the fourth day evening, came back from work and the room still was not cleaned. Finally got to speak to Jeff, the GM. He blamed it on me for not knowing the rules and spoke to me in a very bad manner. I complained about the room and for not getting soap, shampoo, towels and water. Jeff said that water is not complimentary here and it’s like that at every Embassy suites. (There was a sign in the room saying that drinking water is complimentary). Jeff promised to have my room cleaned the following day (6th day).Guess what, I came back from work and the room still was not cleaned, nothing restocked.I went down to the front desk asking for Jeff. The guy at front desk apologized and handled everything very calmly. He even got someone to come to my room and changed the bed sheet and restocked right away. Jeff the GM showed up and never apologized, he just told me that he would give me Hilton Points if I was a Hilton Honors member (which I am).So my room got cleaned once on the sixth day and Jeff the GM clearly does not know how to deal with customers.It’s been two days and the Hilton points he promised me is still not in my account. Worst experience ever.”

Nossa família se hospedaram no muito nice Embassy Suites durante uma viagem de fim de semana para a área de Naperville. Levamos nosso cachorro a reboque e tivemos uma experiência muito agradável! Duas de nossas comodidades favoritas são o café da manhã feito sob encomenda e as duas bebidas de cortesia à noite. Foi durante essas experiências que tivemos a chance de conhecer/ver o Chef Kevin em ação, e ele foi tão profissional e um prazer conversar. Obrigado Chef Kevin e sim, nossa viagem foi um enorme sucesso e nosso filho teve uma viagem de 5 ESTRELAS!Por fim, obrigado Embassy por ter duas das melhores esteiras rolantes, foi capaz de rodar minha manhã 6 milhas e gostei de usar seu equipamento. Além disso, suas barras de pull-up eram dinheiro!!”
