We loved our stay at Krystal Grand. A nice sized venue with all the amenities. Food was very good. Good quality of booze. Pools were fantastic & the rooms were great. The staff we're outstanding & the view was WOW!

Imp: At the airport walk straight out and don't speak to anyone posing to provide assistance.Go straight out and find your tour rep. The Hotel is amazing. The Asian restaurant is mind blowing. The acoustics at the Mexican restaurant is deafening thus avoidable. Book the Altitude rooms 8/9/10 floor for breath taking sunsets and free premium liquor. The staff are very good and are eager to serve. Its a clean and upscale hotel. The entertainment sucks but the pools make up for it.The hustlers on the beach speak better English than the staff. We had a great time and in love with the place. Don't forget to visit the Malecon at night. I will go to this hotel again. 5 stars from me. The management is doing a great Job.

The worst experience in a hotel. The customer service is poor. Only because of Claudia at the bar and Manuel at night, I don't put 1 star. The front desk has a NO for answer to every question. Not willing to help. I came for a wedding and holidays, I don't want to be bothered. Their problems become yours. Is HR really doing their job? I don't recommend to come unless you don't care about losing your money and your time. Pool is cool, drinks and food are good.

Room was disgusting. We were moved 3 days later. I am leaving a review on Trip Advisor. I was in Customer Service 40+ years. I have stayed in many hotels around the World. Yes there are policies, but as a business it is the duty of the business to advise customers those policies before booking. If I knew we could not get a drink, snack or meal I would not have stayed. if you do not get all inclusive, you have to order from room service, wait and pay 3 times the cost. You cannot sign for anything. Then to be told we have to pay before we want to go to a restaurant but don't know what we are paying for. $75-150???? What are we getting to eat???? No one could tell us. If you want a glass of wine you have to go to your room, call room service, wait forever, pay 3 times the price and go to the restaurant with your wine. Heaven help if you want a second glass of wine. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous. As they did not tell us ahead of time I asked the hotel Member Manager to at least change us to all inclusive. They wouldn't. It is called Customer Service. Nowhere on their site do they indicate these policies. Would never recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay!! Nice & clean rooms service was great also. Nice variety of food & dining to choose from everyday. There was a variety of things to do on the property. Beautiful views & landscaping. One of our favorite things were our swim out pools!!! So Amazing!!! We will definitely be back.

Was very nervous before coming here, because some of the reviews are not good, we tend to go to 5 star resorts hard rock sandals etc, this is very comparable, the service Is amazing at the pools, restaurants even the room service comes fast! The rooms are so nice and clean. Sky bar is amazing at night, I don’t have one bad thing to say about this resort. Definitely will be coming back.

Food was terrible and had food poisoning. Someone was changing a baby diaper at one of the restaurants outside of the bathroom! Staff is unhelpful, had multiple issues with lounge chairs at the pool (other guests stealing), which the staff said they didn’t interfere with. Plays loud music which can be heard in the rooms until late at night. The multiple restaurants is fake, they only open one at a time. Got offered free stuff in exchange for a good review, which speaks of how poor the hotel is since they can’t get them without doing that. Feels very much like what a spring break hotel is. Overpriced. Really nothing good to say about it. If you can afford another place avoid this one or go elsewhere for vacation.

Went here for a company dinner and this place is amazing. The food they had for us was DELICIOUS especially the shrimp. They have a rooftop with bar, on the main floor is the beautiful pool area. This hotel gives you a luxury feel to it. I did not get to inspect the rooms so I can't comment on them much.

*READ THIS REVIEW* Before my trip I read the reviews on here and I was so upset, I thought “what have I done, this place sounds dreadful!!”. Well it was FANTASTIC!! We arrived and were greeted with cold towels and service right away. We booked a swim out room which was stunning!! As we booked a swim out room we were part of the Altitude group, which gave us access to our own snack and drink cafe. There were also lots of extra things in our rooms like complimentary bath robes, beach towels and beach bags. The pools were beautiful and everything was so clean. We had a waiter taking our drink orders and bringing them to us pool side. Our rooms were cleaned lovely and we had fresh towels daily. We ordered room service and it arrived quickly and hot and they brought extra food too. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this resort!! We will definitely be back 100%!! 😀

Loved it! We had our wedding there with about 35 guests and everything went smoothly. The staff and service was amazing (Alberto was wonderful!), and everyone had a great time. The food could have been better, but still good. Overall I was a happy bride!

Same old story, lack of chairs and umbrellas around pools and on beach. Front desk is slow. Best people maids, bellboys and maintenance workers.

Great place to stay at they treat the guests very well only downside that after you check out they do allow you stay in the premises but they do not allow you to still part take in any of the advantages you had when you were staying still at the resort even of it's just two minutes after your check out they don't allow you to have a coffee nor a water bottle which really bites after all you spend staying there

A charming getaway minutes from the airport and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The infinity pool overlooking a Pacific sunset was a welcome sight (as was the swim-up bar) as we checked into our luxurious room. Nice variety of restaurants and nightclubs available, daily activities overseen by the recreation squad, and serene beachfront relaxation are all excellent entertainment options. The bustling fishing village of Buscerias is within walking distance. Service is friendly and professional.

I've been to probably 20+ resorts and this was one of the best. Check in was quick - 5 minutes tops. My girlfriend and I upgraded to a swim out suite which was amazing but our original room was great...
