“Food was terrible and had food poisoning. Someone was changing a baby diaper at one of the restaurants outside of the bathroom! Staff is unhelpful, had multiple issues with lounge chairs at the pool (other guests stealing), which the staff said they didn’t interfere with. Plays loud music which can be heard in the rooms until late at night. The multiple restaurants is fake, they only open one at a time. Got offered free stuff in exchange for a good review, which speaks of how poor the hotel is since they can’t get them without doing that. Feels very much like what a spring break hotel is. Overpriced. Really nothing good to say about it. If you can afford another place avoid this one or go elsewhere for vacation.”
