“Horrible hotel. It is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If I could rate this hotel a negative 5 I would. For over $500 a night. This is a serious ripoff. I am a Bonvoy Marriott elite member and I checked in through the app and was assured that my room would be ready at 4 pm. Upon arrival at 5 pm the room was still not ready and the front desk staff were clueless about the whole thing. The rooms are old and tired. This hotel needs a serious renovation. The phones in the rooms don’t work. If you dial 0 you get a busy tone. Honestly I think this is a security hazard. I had to use my cell to call the operator. This looks like a non-Marriott hotel which was later bought by Marriott and they simply put their name on it to make money. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I called the manager Tom Walsh several times and left messages that were never returned. I am sure he will respond to this review with some generic nonsense. So don’t bother Mr. Walsh. You should have returned my call when I called you. I will NEVER return to this property. Don’t stay here !!”

“Great hotel, very clean and large rooms.Concierge lounge was average, with dinner snacks and dessert (honor system for bar $), and a decent selection for breakfast.Pretty views of the harbor, but maybe not the best if you’re looking for convenience to the rest of the city without a car or using ride share.”
