“Great hotel and friendly staff. I loved the bar, and the restaurant was fantastic. The only complaint I would have has to do with the parking. I used the Hilton app like I always do when I made the reservation. It did not indicate that there's a "mandatory" charge for parking ($22cad per night) I feel there should have been some sort of notification that there's a separate charge to park. Other than that, my stay was great.”

“Had a great view from our room. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and was within walking distance to all the attractions and the falls. My biggest downside is the windows do NOT open as advertised. There is a very small area under the window that you can move to get some fresh air, but is is so small and the screen was SO dirty no air was moving at all from “opening the window.” The other downside is the pool and hot tub were so full of children there was no time for us to relax on our “adults only, kid free weekend” i left my kids at home and would have just liked some adults only time in the pool and hot tub without children doing cannon balls and playing tag in the hot tub.”
