“Had a great view from our room. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and was within walking distance to all the attractions and the falls. My biggest downside is the windows do NOT open as advertised. There is a very small area under the window that you can move to get some fresh air, but is is so small and the screen was SO dirty no air was moving at all from “opening the window.” The other downside is the pool and hot tub were so full of children there was no time for us to relax on our “adults only, kid free weekend” i left my kids at home and would have just liked some adults only time in the pool and hot tub without children doing cannon balls and playing tag in the hot tub.”

“We have stayed in Niagara Falls (US and Canada sides) so many times and this hotel is the best by far. Main attractions are within walking distances, the view to the falls are exceptional. Front desk and every single worker make you feel welcome and comfortable. The gym and pool super clean and well stocked with towels. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are thinking to go with family.”
