“The entertainment staff Javier and his crew are very people friendly, they really know how to show you a great time I really enjoyed there dedication Javier needs to be rewarded for his excellent services, I extended my stay due to the great time...... They only bad part is that we need more English speaking staff which is not so much of a big deal because I enjoyed communication thru translator”

“they don't provide face towels in the room, you have to hunt the workers down and request. room service is so poor. you call someone may or may not show up. every little thing you try to do a reservation is needed. food is bad. few choices.most rooms don't have windows. I hope this Robert Castillo guy who keeps responding to all the reviews will actually speak to the responsible parties about the towels especially coz if you look at the reviews people have been complaining about this for months.”
