“Good value hotel in Bocagrande, 5 min taxi to historical centre. Large scale service model. Hotel and rooms are comfortable however a few dislikes: - Pool area closes @ 6pm, just as the famous Cartagena sunset begins. This needs to change. Such a waste of fantastic sunset view. - The hotel rooftop bar (Skybar) does not open Mon and Tues so there is no where to enjoy an evening drink in the hotel except in your room. - Nothing stocked in bar fridge. All snacks or drinks need to be ordered via room service which can be slow. - Housekeeping was slow to respond to requests for items that were forgotten (towels etc).”
