This resort was in a beautiful area. The scenery was beautiful, beach was nice. I feel like there was not enough staff. Cons...3 out of the 7 days we had no beach towels. One day we had no bathroom towels. Service at the restaurants were very slow. One night we waited at our table 1.5 hours for our meal. The locals that come down to offer massages were always on our resort....one day one of the ladies was offering to give 2 staff members her special services. Then she pulled her pants out to show her privates. The staff member asked her if she was HIV free. Im happy to report she was. I will not go back to this resort but the Island is beautiful and we will definitely try a different resort.Pros....beautiful beach to relax on and not too wavy. Staff was nice, drinks and food were great. Este resort estava em uma bela área. O cenário era lindo, a praia era boa. Eu sinto que não havia pessoal suficiente. Contras ... 3 dos 7 dias não tínhamos toalhas de praia. Um dia não tínhamos toalhas de banho. O serviço nos restaurantes era muito lento. Uma noite, esperamos em nossa mesa 1. 5 horas para nossa refeição. Os locais que vêm oferecer massagens estavam sempre em nosso resort. Então ela puxou as calças para mostrar suas partes íntimas. Contras... 3 de los 7 días que no tuvimos toallas de playa. Un día no teníamos toallas de baño. El servicio en los restaurantes era muy lento. Una noche esperamos en nuestra mesa 1,5 horas para nuestra comida. Los lugareños que venían a ofrecer masajes siempre estaban en nuestro resort... un día, una de las damas se ofreció a brindarle a 2 miembros del personal sus servicios especiales. Luego se sacó los pantalones para mostrar sus partes íntimas. El miembro del personal le preguntó si estaba libre de VIH. Estoy feliz de informar que ella era. No volveré a este resort, pero la isla es hermosa y definitivamente probaremos un resort diferente.Pros...hermosa playa para relajarse y no demasiado ondulada. El personal era agradable, las bebidas y la comida eran geniales.

First Secrets resort experience for first time trip to St.Martin. This resort was beatiful and perfect for what we were looking for, which was a relaxing get-a-way.I wish we would have done the Spa our fist day.I think its a perfect place to go for 2-4 days of relaxing.Or to check out this side of the island,It has a secluded beach away from it all. The 2-3 restaurants had good food, but there was not a lot of variety (biggest negative). While intentional we wound up eating out at nearby restaurants (10 min car or next door) every other night,which had 5 star cuisine.

Wow! Where do I start?. Transfer- what was supposed to be a prearrange private transfer turned into a cluster. We were place on the incorrect shuttle which took us to a rental car agency. We asked to be taken to secrets and was told we had to find our own transportation. After arguing, we were taken back to the airport. 2 hours have passed now. We finally found help and were provided a ride to Secrets. Additionally, scheduled a taxi for dinner reservation and they never showed upRoom- smelled like musty air. We were told it was from the air conditioning and there was nothing they could do. There were room service trays outside in our hallway from other rooms not picked up for 2 days.Grounds- These were very dirty. Litter on the ground, grass not cut.Pool - Was extremely sandy. There were glassware laying all over which hadn’t been picked up. There was no pool music throughout the day. In addition the activities director did very littlest to do anything with the guests. The electrical circuit breakers kept tripping every time it rained due to the fact it did not have a cover on it . So any blended drinks could not be made.Safety/Security- path lighting on one side was out at night with no visibilityThere’s an old saying , “If you can’t run with the big dogs get off the porch.” Secrets is trying to be some thing they are not capable of handling. Your lack of attention to detail is extremely poor. Stay in your 3.0 stars and don’t try to be a 5 star resort which you are far from. Uau! Por onde eu começo?. Transferência - o que deveria ser uma transferência privada pré-agendada se transformou em um cluster. Fomos colocados no transporte incorreto que nos levou a uma agência de aluguel de carros. Pedimos para ser levados a segredos e nos disseram que tínhamos que encontrar nosso próprio transporte. Depois de discutir, fomos levados de volta ao aeroporto. 2 horas se passaram agora. Finalmente encontramos ajuda e recebemos uma carona para Secrets. Além disso, agendou um táxi para reserva de jantar e eles nunca apareceramQuarto - cheirava a ar mofado. Foi-nos dito que era do ar condicionado e não havia nada que eles pudessem fazer. Island is beautiful. Location of the resort is great. But this is not a 5 star or higher resort. Rooms are nice but stuff is broken or unfinished in every room. Beach is nice but no service on the beach, it is open to the public, they aren’t any paddle boards or kayaks to be used. Pool is nice but clearly not the biggest I’ve seen. One swim up bar, that the bar tenders don’t usually service as a swim up bar. Grill near pool was closed. The spa, like come on. Most of the hydro spa was broken or not even turned on and staff had no idea how to operate. Jacuzzi was ice cold, steam room out of of order, cold plunge was empty, the other pool only half the steps actually worked. The shower was ice cold, no hot water. Every room we were in had issues. One of our room the shower glass was broken in half and the shower didn’t drain. Our friends room the bed was actually physically broken and leaning to one side. Room service didn’t answer the phone after 10pm. They ignored it. When you did get room service no one collected the dirty dishes. We we’re told to leave it outside our room. It sat there covered in ants for three days. There is obviously a management issue. Ilha é linda. A localização do resort é ótima. Mas este não é um resort de 5 estrelas ou superior. Um bar aquático, que as propostas do bar geralmente não servem como um bar aquático. Grill perto da piscina estava fechado. O spa, como vamos lá. A maior parte do hidro spa estava quebrado ou nem mesmo ligado e a equipe não tinha ideia de como operar. Jacuzzi estava gelado, sala de vapor fora de ordem, mergulho frio estava vazio, a outra piscina apenas metade dos passos realmente funcionou. O chuveiro estava gelado, sem água quente. Todos os quartos em que estávamos tinham problemas. Em um dos nossos quartos, o vidro do chuveiro estava quebrado ao meio e o chuveiro não escoava. Nosso quarto de amigos a cama estava fisicamente quebrada e inclinada para um lado. O serviço de quarto não atendeu o telefone depois das 22h. Eles o ignoraram. Quando você conseguiu serviço de quarto, ninguém recolheu os pratos sujos. Dizem-nos para deixá-lo fora do nosso quarto. Ficou ali coberto de formigas por três dias. Há obviamente um problema de gestão.

Great experience for being off- session.Not a lot of people so the restaurants rotate. Never ate the same dinner twice. Breakfast and lunch buffets are good.Nice pool setting and pool side bar. The main bar and inside bar have talented bartenders. Loved the private clean beach access. The rooms were nice and comfortable but dated. The water didn't really get hot. The staff were all very respectful. My only complaint about the resort was the spa and the massages. The spa was mediocre, at best,and the massage therapists were not good at all! They need substantial training! Grande experiência por estar fora da sessão. Não há muitas pessoas, então os restaurantes giram. Nunca comeu o mesmo jantar duas vezes. We had a lovely honeymoon at Secrets St. Martin! If you're going to focus on the negatives, then you won't enjoy your stay. But we decided to make the best of it because there was truly a lot to enjoy in this beautiful little bay. The staff is so friendly and welcoming – Jeanelle at check-in, Jean Michel & Katana on the entertainment team, and Ivan & Antoinette at the Market Cafe all made our stay so memorable. Our room (king garden view) was beautiful, clean, and updated. The resort is serene & secluded so if you're looking for some peace & quiet, this is your place. The pool is very nice (no pool service, but we didn't mind walking over to the pool bar) and we looked forward to pool volleyball every afternoon. The beach is small but breathtaking, especially for a private dinner for 2 which I highly recommend.There were a few things we hope they'll improve – only 2 restaurants open per night (but the food & drinks were wonderful & it rotated so we got to try something new each night!), not much nightly entertainment, TV issues in the rooms, and our biggest thing was not being able to get change for tips (the front desk did not have any $1s or even $5s or $10s, so come prepared!) Overall, we had a great stay. Tivemos uma adorável lua de mel no Secrets St. Martin! Se você se concentrar nos negativos, não aproveitará sua estadia. A piscina é muito bom (sem serviço de piscina, mas não nos importamos caminhar até o bar da piscina) e esperávamos vôlei de piscina todas as tardes. A praia é pequena, mas de tirar o fôlego, especialmente para um jantar privado para 2 que eu recomendo.Há algumas coisas que esperamos que melhorem - apenas 2 restaurantes abertos por noite (mas a comida e as bebidas eram maravilhosas e alternavam, então tentamos algo novo a cada noite!), não há muito entretenimento noturno, problemas de TV no quartos, e nossa maior coisa foi não conseguir troco para dicas (a recepção não tinha $ 1s ou mesmo $ 5s ou $ 10s, então venha preparado!) No geral, tivemos uma ótima estadia.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort.Claude and both Patricio were amazing and managed everything very well and would always check on us our entire stay.Leo works at the bar pool near the beach.He is by far the best bartender I have ever seen.On top of his amazing customer service, his bar was the cleanest bar I have ever seen anywhere. He cares about the people staying at the resort and is an extremely hard worker and dedicated.Secrets needs to know how these employees made our trip amazing. We would def go back to this location because everyone that worked there were all so nice. Thank you all for all you did to make our stay amazing. Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia neste resort. Claude e Patricio foram incríveis e gerenciaram tudo muito bem e sempre nos verificariam durante toda a nossa estadia. The beach is small but breathtaking, especially for a private dinner for 2 which I highly recommend.There were a few things we hope they'll improve – only 2 restaurants open per night (but the food & drinks were wonderful & it rotated so we got to try something new each night!), not much nightly entertainment, TV issues in the rooms, and our biggest thing was not being able to get change for tips (the front desk did not have any $1s or even $5s or $10s, so come prepared!) We had a lovely honeymoon at Secrets St. Martin! If you're going to focus on the negatives, then you won't enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. Claude and both Patricio were amazing and managed everything very well and would always check on us our entire stay. Leo works at the bar pool near the beach. He is by far the best bartender I have ever seen. On top of his amazing customer service, his bar was the cleanest bar I have ever seen anywhere. He cares about the people staying at the resort and is an extremely hard worker and dedicated. Secrets needs to know how these employees made our trip amazing. We would def go back to this location because everyone that worked there were all so nice. Thank you all for all you did to make our stay amazing.

If you're looking for a chill vacation this is the place, but if you're looking to go to the club you're most likely going to have to take a taxi.Overall I really recommend this resort and I would stay here again! A localização me fez sentir como se estivesse no set de um filme todos os dias. Eu me senti tão relaxado assim que chegamos lá. A praia deste resort fica em uma pequena praia na bela enseada. A água é límpida até onde você pode sair e a piscina dava para a praia. As montanhas ao redor eram lindas e repletas de borboletas todas as manhãs. Mais uma vez, foi tão relaxante e tirou todo o estresse do trabalho. Isso é o que as férias deveriam fazer.Vamos falar sobre o serviço - Os funcionários dos restaurantes e bares foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Nunca tive um problema com nenhum deles. No entanto, os funcionários da recepção, incluindo o coordenador da UVC, Fernando, são menos prestativos. Ninguém fala com ninguém e demorou alguns dias para falar para obter uma pergunta respondida sobre o nosso quarto. Então, estávamos sem sorte para o nosso jantar. A simples comunicação um com o outro teria resolvido esse pequeno problema. Jolena (acho que é o nome dela) no balcão de excursões foi muito prestativa e simpática. A outra garota não foi tão prestativa e fez você sentir como se a estivesse incomodando cada vez que falava com ela. Ela e Fernando eram muito falsos e tornavam um pouco desconfortável conversar. Por causa da recepção, vou dar 4 estrelas. Sei que outros hóspedes com quem conversamos lá tiveram exatamente as mesmas reclamações que nós. Eles queriam falar com o gerente geral que estava visitando também naquela semana. Não tenho certeza se falaram com ele ou não, mas algum treinamento simples e este lugar será inacreditável!Alimentos e bebidas - a comida era boa. Não é ótimo, mas muito bom. Minha esposa e eu nunca tivemos uma reclamação sobre a comida. Nós gostamos disso. As bebidas eram realmente boas. La ubicación me hizo sentir como si estuviera en el set de una película todos los días. Me sentí tan relajado tan pronto como llegamos. La playa de este complejo se encuentra en una pequeña playa en una hermosa cala. El agua es clara hasta donde se podía salir y la piscina daba a la playa. Las montañas circundantes eran hermosas y estaban llenas de mariposas todas las mañanas. Una vez más, lo hizo muy relajante y eliminó todo el estrés laboral. Eso es lo que deberían hacer las vacaciones.Hablemos del servicio: los trabajadores de los restaurantes y bares fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Nunca tuve un problema con ninguno de ellos. Sin embargo, los trabajadores de la recepción, incluido el coordinador de UVC, Fernando, son menos serviciales. Nadie habla con nadie y nos tomó varios días hablar para obtener una respuesta a una pregunta sobre nuestra habitación. The location made me feel like I was on a movie set every day. I felt so relaxed as soon as we got there. The beach for this resort is on a small beach in beautiful cove. The water is clear for as far as you could go out and the pool overlooked the beach. The surrounding mountains were beautiful and thriving with butterflies every morning. Again it made it so relaxing and took all the work stress away. Thats what a vacation should do.Lets talk about the service - The workers in the restaurants and bars were extremely friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with any of them. However, the workers at the front desk, including the UVC coordinator Fernando, are less then helpful. Nobody talks to anyone and it took quite a few days to talk to get a question answered about our room. We went back multiple times to discuss the same thing and it took until Wednesday to get it resolved. Mind you we arrived on Saturday afternoon. Then the excursion coordinator and the front desk do not communicate with each other at all! We scheduled a sunset catamaran dinner but couldn't go because nobody told us that we had 1 day to get our Covid test before we left. If they would have talked to each other and both sides knew when the covid tests were, they are Mon, Wed and Friday,then excursions could be scheduled around the tests. We scheduled it but did not to go because getting our Covid test was way more important. We were also told by the front desk that we could get it in the afternoon but the tests are only from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. So we were just out of luck for our dinner. Simple communication with each other would have resolved this small issue. Jolena (I think that is her name) at the excursion desk was really helpful and nice. The other girl was not as helpful and she made you feel like you were bothering her each time you talked to her. Her and Fernando were very fake and make it slightly uncomfortable to talk to. Because of the front desk, I am going to give it 4 stars. I know other guests that we talked to there had the exact same complaints we did. They wanted to talk to the general manager who was visiting that week too. Not sure if they did talk to him or not but some simple training and this place will be unbelievable!Food and drinks - Food was good. Not great but really good. My wife and I never had a complaint about the food. We enjoyed it. The drinks were really good to. They made great drinks that didn't taste watered down.Room - Our room was big and beautiful. We had a swim out room that faced the mountains and the views were amazing.When you stepped out and took it all in it was paradise each time. Honestly, I felt so relaxed here.St. Martin became my favorite island to visit and I would love to go back!Oh yeah if you can go for an island tour ask for Clive! He works for AMR and is great, knowledgeable and funny. Definitely recommend this tour and visiting the Iguana guy. It was a lot of fun!

I upgraded for $189 +tax to a Mountain View room. What a waste of money. The view is horrible. Same room as a standard. When I called the front desk, they said they are full and nothing they can do. I asked to downgrade me to a regular room or I will pay to upgrade to something better. Again, nothing they can do. Save your money. See the pics of the “Mountain View” and hit like if you agree this view is not worth $200/night x 3 = $600 for the weekend.

Não vale o custo.A recepção interpretou mal meu cônjuge várias vezes. Forneceu reserva de quarto incorreta. Os recursos do quarto não estavam funcionando (telefone, água quente, cofre). O serviço de quarto era limitado ao que era servido no restaurante, então, se você não estava interessado na comida oferecida no restaurante, você estava fora de escolha. Tive que pedir várias vezes para que os problemas fossem resolvidos. Os buffets não são opções de jantar luxuosas. Apenas um bartender no bar da piscina servindo 100 convidados. Só o entretenimento era música ao vivo. Esportes aquáticos não motorizados não estavam disponíveis. Os restaurantes eram limitados e as reservas não estavam disponíveis ou hibachi. No vale la pena el costo.El personal de recepción confundió a mi cónyuge varias veces. Se proporcionó una reserva de habitación incorrecta. Not worth the cost.Front desk misgendered my spouse several times. Provided wrong room reservation. Room features were not working (phone, hot water, safe). Staff didn't answer phones. Room service was limited to 10 pm. Room service was limited to what was served in the restaurant so if you weren't interested in the food offered at the restaurant you were out of choices. Had to ask multiple times for issues to be resolved. Buffets are not luxurious dinner options. Only one bartender at pool bar serving 100 guests. Only entertainment was live music. Nonmotorized watersports were not available. Restaurants were limited and reservations were not available or hibachi. Food choices at restaurants were not varied by the end of the trip we were tired of the same food options. Check out was slow and unorganized - they couldn't find our negative test.

Did not stay on resort!!!! However went to beach here. The beach is STUNNING, like breathtaking. However this property is very far from everything and the hills getting to and from and WILD. if your going to stay here, plan on staying on resort and not renting a car.

It was a very nice and clean resort. Beautiful view once you arrive. There are no signs anywhere except for the side of the resort with the name. Also, it was impossible to find garbage cans anywhere except for in your room.
